Better than croissants: An unbeatable recipe from France❗️

- With this recipe you can prepare a very special French pastry at home. For me it even tastes better than original French croissants! It consists of a moist, buttery dough filled with a sweet coconut blossom sugar.
The dough is made with lukewarm milk, fresh yeast, sugar, all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, and vinegar. After kneading and shaping the dough, it is left to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes before baking in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes. The result is a crunchy, golden-brown pastry that's perfect for breakfast or coffee.
A particular highlight of this recipe is the use of coconut blossom sugar instead of regular sugar, which gives the pastry a distinctive flavor and sets it apart from other similar pastries. Be sure to try it and enjoy it to the fullest!

Ingredients:
Dough:
400 ml lukewarm milk (1⅔ cups + 1 tbsp)
30 g fresh yeast (1 ounce)
4 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
700 g all-purpose flour (24.7 ounces)
80 ml vegetable oil (⅓ cup)
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Filling:
60 g butter (2.1 ounces)
50 g coconut blossom sugar or regular sugar (¼ cup)
To smear:
1 egg yolk
2 tsp milk
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 15 minutes on top/bottom heat

Wspaniałe bułki. Nie są podobne do croissant, całkiem inny smak,ale bardzo pyszne. Proste i szybkie. Zrobiłam z przepisu i drugie posypane warstwy masła cynamonem. To było jeszcze lepsze...mmmm 🤩
