Ingredients:
Dough:
100 g flour type 405 (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
250 g margarine (8.8 oz)
200 g flour type 405 (1⅔ cups)
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp vinegar
100 ml water (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp salt
For smearing:
2 egg yolks
Bake: 230°C / 446°F 12 minutes on top/bottom heat
Cream:
500 ml milk (2 cups)
74 g vanilla custard powder or cornstarch (½ cup +1 tbsp)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground vanilla
400 ml 30% cream (1⅔ cups + 1 tbsp)
2 tbsp powdered sugar

First, I'm from Houston Texas, second, I've never tried to make puff pastry because I thought it was too hard. You've made it look easy in process, just time consuming. I have the time. Howdy, I´m from a non-woke part of California. I prefer organic eggs in our wholesome, old fashioned custard. (The corn starch looks um thick and gooey.) And I´m not into vegan. Additionally, in N. America all corn is GMO unless it´s labled organic (organically grown corn). See YT documentary, or the 5 min trailer: Genetic Roulette, GMOs damage all systems of the body. I am also very interested in trying the puff pastry recipe, since my mom or gram never taught me that one~! W/organic milk, since the cows are fed and treated so much better. MOOOOOOOOOO I love organic creamy cakes. Thank you to the maker for sharing your recipes
