    Amen... I do what you preach, I got into a spat with another agent, because of a sale of a home, he dropped the ball on one of my clients offer. I called him to ask what happened and he had the nerve to tell me that they received several offers too many for him to review, that after a while they are just numbers to him... I thought WTF!!! But then again I also had a broker tell him that after a while they are just numbers, I was shocked... thought OMG!! that is not me LORD please don't let me get like that, I've been doing R.E for over 10 years and I am still passionate about what I do, my goal is to make my clients happy and have them happily move on to their next journey.
    Thank you for assuring that what and why I do what I do is the right thing.

    Great video! I've been in the real estate business for 14 years now, and you have summed up the essence of the client/broker relationship in a very short presentation. We all need to be reminded of this once in a while. Inspirational, and a great reminder. Keep up the good work.

    By saying "My goal is to help you get what you want" it would lead me to believe they could counter with "So you'll cut your commission, because that will help us profit more/put towards the next home"

      sellers need to be told that cutting the commission of those whom they are hoping to promote and sell their home is not the profitable way to go about this. I would ask that seller "what is more important to you , a discounted commission or a greater net profit after all is said and done? If they say, a great net profit, then proceed to show them how that is achieved.

    Hi, Kevin here in South Africa - I have found as a newbie that most people want a valuation first before they make a decision. In most cases, they are not ready to make a decision. So I do the valuation and they ask me to email them. Then they say they will get back to me once they have decided. Is this a waste of time?
