The reclined twist works wonders for relieving stress, and these asanas can be done anywhere-even a hotel room-if you have trouble sleeping in a strange bed like I do. I would also add fish pose (matayasana) by lying over a block.
Tried this tonight after deciding I needed to really start focusing on mental and physical health. I had a question though about the reclined figure 4. If I am not flexible enough to get a wrap around my thigh using my hands would using a padded strap around the leg also work?
