Omg same thoughts.. Each time i get to watch for sale properties that is the part where i alwaya get frustrated.. Its as if they dont have the need to give the helpers a decent space to stay when in fact after all the work the whole day thats what they needed some place to relax and get some rest..
Yeah you give them room but a room like a cage , without window?? That inhumane. You should not promote a house like this .
The sizes for the staff rooms are good, however….no windows for ventilation na nga wala pang aircon. I mean that’s just me, coz I don’t treat those staff as numbers coz they are the ones who actually takes care of me and my family to do all the works in the house. They deserve to be treated well and with love 🥰❤️

This is the only house tour channel where I don't mute the audio 😜 well except for those that don't have a talking host, just music for bg. Plus, Ms. Apple is pretty, charming and a natural. Goodluck to this channel, more beautiful houses to feature in the days to come

Ang ganda ng bahay, kaso anggulo ng interior ang daming unnecessary sa loob partida walang pang gamit yan. From the wood, to pin light, ceiling and railings, and the overall lay-out of the house. You really need to hire the best interior designer to fix this house. Anyways love u miss apple. 😘

Compared to other houses I see here in youtube this looks more high-end and bigger so I was literally really shocked when I saw 45,000,000 pesos because the other houses are smaller but almost double the price

My favorite part of the house is the swimming pool and the Lanai. Because the swimming pool is where the fun goes with your family and friends, and the Lanai a place to spend time with your families, relatives, cousins. Thats all hehe

Another great presentation by Apple Grace! As for the house it pretty much checks all the boxes that i personally like in a luxury house EXCEPT the master bedroom which is a disappointment for me because of where it was located plus there is no balcony (which means no views) so there's nothing special about it. Actually the Jr. Master and the "Guest Room" are the much better rooms in the house but it's just my personal take and overall it's still a beautiful house.

Nice presentation and nice property! Main kitchen is non baker kitchen even the second kitchen, I would expect a 48 inch free standing pro-stove and 48 inch professional refrigerator. No matter how beautiful the house is if the heart of the house is not well equipped it will have a difficult chance to sell it quickly here in the US.
Big house, very low ceiling making it looks small when your inside.
The living room ceiling is really high though the rest is standard . Over all the house does look expansive in person.
@@keencroc7555 I think its the camera view also thats why it looks like the ceiling is lower than what it is . But for me, I think planning wise its not that good. The exterior looks good though.
@@hershey3195 I would have to agree with you on about the planning. Like in the case of the koi pond, it's too shallow to maintain koi fishes. I've seen the house in person and on the bottom right of the frontage where the motorcycle parking is. I think it's so not necessary.

When you consider at this price (45 million peso = HK$6.9 million) you can only get a 60 sq. meter two bedroom apartment in Hong Kong

great house with good layout and the price isn't too bad. i have one criticism and that's the cctv equipment in the master's room. that means if it needs to be serviced then they would have to go to the master bedroom to work on it. definite no no. that needs to be in a separate service room or closet.

My type of house and the asking price is very reasonable. The size of the house warrant the need for at least two helpers. Design of the house is functional but unnecessary big in some areas. Some of the space could be converted into a sauna room and gym room. Credit is also given to the deveoper for the inclusion of air conditioning provision in all living and bedroom areas. Installation of such would be much easier during the intinial construction than later addition by the buyer.
Gracious Apple Grace Mendoza has added sparkles to this video introduction. She typifies how beautiful Pinoys could. Look forward to see more of her presentation to come.

The carport in main gate beside can have 5 cars right ? What about the service garage i have notice in your aerial shot that is has an ungated garage with service door beside the stair to the guess bedroom can it fit a car too? Or just open parking for motorcycles? Thanks

Suggest that you start your tour through the main door. This will allow us to better appreciate the floor plan.
Nice house but the downside is not having a window at the back of main kitchen and staff room. I’d rather remove the pool and have it as landscape garden. In that sense, it may pave a way to put a bit of space behind for a better air circulation inside the house.

Perhaps you should try starting from the front of the house (main entrance) and not with the staff quarters. You can’t appreciate the flow and architectural details. I do agree with the other comments about your lovely outfit. It does highlight your equally lovely assets. 😉

@@renantebiscante I know, I'm aware of the currency values, and is not the only place I've looked into getting assets. I just don't like some of your laws in regards to ownership for foreigners but maybe that will change later as the country needs more foreign investment. Great culture tho! there's a small Filipino market close to my house and the people there always very nice and the FOOD! is freaking awesome.
