Kanya-kanya talaga ng trip. Personally I love this house and the surroundings though not that perfect design(meron ba?). Di ako namamahalan considering the lot size and the furnishings panalo ka na dito.
The lot is not well utilized. For example the living, dining, kitchen and the rooms are small even the master's. It could even have a closed concept between the dining & living rooms. Bigger space for the foyer too. The Mediterranean style are gorgeous though.

Napakamahal ng bahay tapos may shared toilet and bathroom. Maraming space ang hindi na-utilize nang tama 😢
