What is your favorite part of the house? What do you think of Apple’s first house tour? Let us know your thoughts :)
I do appreciate your way of touring us on the house, but one thing the I noticed is how the cameraman took the shot of the video. He should be showing different perspective of each and every corner of the house. Maybe he can take a shot too on a different angle while you were talking in the background. And please do not skip any corner of the house like the balcony, every access, doors lead to anywhere etc. You skipped two doors on the 3rd floor before showing the last bedroom and that kiddie room. Also the stairs on the entertainment area. You never showed the access from the inside going to the garage. It should be nice if you don't miss even a tiny details. Just a tip 😉
Maybe avoid unnecessary rambling cause people come to watch the video to marvel at the beauty of the house and appreciate it in all it’s splendor. And all the excessive babbling just makes you lose interest. A little bit of pause isn’t that bad.
Apple has done a good job presenting all features of the house, she has full of energy and not boring! I hope she can bring in more clients!

To the cameraman or woman. Next time ,when she tells you to look at this or that. Don't focus the camera to her. Your doing a house tour not a herrr tour..

When she said "floor to ceiling window.. look at that", I was actually expecting for the videographer to show it but he didn't. So sad 💔
..and the nara floor, and the part of the koi pond inside the house...😏 The rest of your shots were great. I liked the shot of the roof with the jacuzzi

u guys sound like dumb, the camera man is using a gimbal stabilizer so it is just fixed to a certain direction, if the camer lift the gimbal towards the ceiling it wont

she presents really well, very professional and confident. however, this is a house tour so the focus should be on the property not on her. the house is beautiful but we're not able to appreciate it even more because it wasn't fully shown.

Pero sa tingin ko kailangan nang improvement ng camera man ng AV Properties medjo magulo pa kasi. Pero let's give them a chance they're still new. Ganyan din Presello dati but look at them now they improved a lot.

Great house tour and the host did an amazing job, didn't seem like it was her first time. The video work definitely will improve when they both get in sync with their style of presenting.

Nice Mansion i love the modern & industrial look, the I like the garage it's more of a car gallery imagine parking your ferrari, koenigsegg, lamborghini, bugatti in there. The koi pond and landscaping is good selling point. All in all this one is a great property.

I love the host and the video! However, could've been better if there's more details on the materials used in the construction of the house including its interesting pieces (furnitures since its included on the house pricing), height of the ceiling, length of the lap pool, #of rooms and bathrooms etc. Script could be improved.

I love the entrance with the Koi pond (which extends inside the house) and the 1st powder room very high end feel
Alam ko maganda steady cam mo. Pero bawasan mo naman yung pagfleflex. Simula pa lang left-right left right track ka na agad. Nakakahilo. Pwede naman naka steady nag-iintro yung host mo eh.
Tapos house tour yan. Bibigyan kita ng A+ grade sa BRoll. Pero kapag house tour with host. Ipakita mo yung tinuturo niya, hindi siya. Wag bigla-bigla yung pan at track.
A+ sa Host. She knows how to play with words and how to improv. Let's see sa mga susunod na episode, baka puro generic na "I like this, I like that" keme.
Tell us what materials used, what's good about it, bakit maganda ang location, how about security, is it gated, these are the details I need bakit ako bibili.
@shuref Naintindihan mo ba ang comment ko? I am not even comparing this to other house tours or even her to other hosts. I am talking about the technical aspects of this video. For someone who's been working in the media industry, for more than a decade, in TV and film, as a writer, producer and a director. I know what I am talking about.

@shuref Julia is a good host, wala ka lang taste. Don't compare them to Presello kase mas matagal na sila and nagsisimula palang ang AV sa video na to. They had a lot of things to improve pa. Nakakapag english ka nga, pangit naman attitude mo. Bokya.

Focus must be on the property being presented and sold, as well as its features. Video should pan to aspects highlighted by the host's spiels, which should be well researched as well. Note that artwork was wrongly attributed several times to Alvin Acuña instead of properly to world renowned artist, Ivan Acuña.

165 million but no family room, cinema room, game room, outdoor patio with proper bbq area, gym, width of the pool is small. the only worthy of this place is the land area but the house itself, not worth every penny.
The land area is not even on a prime location would rather buy a house in ayala heights with that price.

@@xrizbira actually LGV is right on top of the fault line the farthest house from the fault line is 1km all the houses there will be destroyed not a single one will survive even with the best foundations. La Vista is a little bit better. Its not like you can immediately repair a house right after the big one. Thats why i said it is better to buy at ayala heights if you are gonna spend that amount.

it sure is nice house, but it deserves a better house tour, they skipped out the other room on the third floor. also, the designers kinda fucked up both washrooms in the master's and the guest bedroom, i wish they would expand it instead of separating his and hers so they could add some bathtub
the whole village is outrageously near the fault line. some mansions are even situated directly on top of d faultline.....
Presenter was good but the videographer needs more improvement.
