This is my favorite house tour from this vlog. The only thing is if you buy a house with a pool and you don’t know how to maintain it, better hire someone to clean it for you. The pool featured on this video is already turning green.

The House is Gorgeous same with Lovely Ms. Apple.. the only 1 thing I hate the most is the jack n Jill bathroom.. the rest... so perfect.. pag jack n Jill kasi parang hassle for both, u have to lock 1st the other door then lock the 2nd door.. and if you forgot to unlock and someone on the other room will use it.. hayyys..

Great design. Well thought of. Too bad the upkeep and maintenance would be costly. The electric bill would have been massive considering the high ceiling and glass walls to keep the house cool.
I mean, if you can afford this type of house, electric bill wouldn't be a problem 😅

medyo random question lang but i'm wondering why is the high ceiling feature deemed as pang-mayaman vibes and how did that thinking start?
Cause the house finishing with high ceilings are way more expensive compared to regular height ceilings.
It's actually for " pang mayaman lang." even the ordinary can go that type of ceiling. That reminds me of our house at Filinvest 2. 💔😢 My parents bought it from my cousin.
