ST201F Instructions for disassembling rear wheel assembly to replace tires

Hi SmartTravel, I'm having a problem after unscrewing the fork screw. I'm unable to move rear wheel forward to loosen the chain & remove it because the wheel doesn't move at all. Is there anything that can be done?

Have you guys thought about selling this model at Costco? I feel it would be popular
