    Wow Mebin, awesome presentation . Always presentable since Madras University hostel days. One thing I would like to highlight is that more often than not it's the fear of criminal and our own safety concern that hinders the integration. Another practical and brutal aspect is that even if we accept criminal, and later he indulges in crimes, than our corrupt police takes us for a ride for simply being known to the criminal. Police in India are the ace facilitator in repeated as well as new crimes.
