I have updated the setting again. Have a look in my "shorts" video section for 2.0
Thank you, both GT Sport and ACC are now somewhat playable, the default setting felt like the wheel was grinding, felt like a belt driven wheel and the ffb kept clipping... this setup make driving much more consistent

It’s crazy how I subscribe to your channel because listening to this video and believe in our own one of the bills one day so I have to save this because that’s a lot of stuff and I want the best experience almost bought a logitech today but I was like no got to save a little more
I now have a new version in my "shorts " content section. its version 2.0. This is the version I use now. I love my DD Pro. And it no contest to my old G29 even with the mods I had.

Just got a Fanatec csl dd 5nm wrc bundle an put in th load cell brake an put on the upgrade pedal plates an its different gravy mate honestly but my bro has this wheel an th csl pedals but im so impressed at this DD my 1st ever i have a G29 for ps an g923 for xbox an pc aswell but it broke th cog that drives the wheel so santa got him the DD for xmas ... u can bloody feel ur brakes locking up thru th wheel every bit of flotation thru th track ..... it took to plug it in to th pc to update everything an i mean everything tho, an tune the loadcell to his pressure cos hes maybe 40kg ..... but im soooo impressed this far..

Nice settings! Used yours as a start and went from there. I use sensitivity on 540 since it is easier with the mclaren wheel. I also have the force feedback on 100 at the wheel and the intensity in game on 7 and the power in game on 8. Int on the wheel I set to 16 just to get a bit more feedback. But with this start it made it way easier to find the right settings for me, so thank you!

Very good base settings! I've been experimenting with others settings for the gt dd pro and yours are some of the best I've found... I've kinda come up with my own from others that I liked... I tried these and found them good, but not quite right for me.... so I changed the sen from 720 to 540, ffs to 100, and in game to 5-5-5 and they work great! Found 3 tenths at daily c, and I was already quick there...
...And yes the in game controller sen does have effect with the wheel. Set to 0 you are over turning the wheel to get the car to turn (this and the sen 720), set too high and you will over steer the car with minimal input (basically effect is on tire wear mostly and personal feeling), set to 5 gives the closest 1:1 input for steering, less tire wear too.

Thanks mate , tried your setup although i dropped to 50% FFb strength on wheel and 8&7 with Controller as prefer it not as heavy but now it feels somewhat like a car and within a few laps I've consistently beaten my Qauli time for Daily Race C under the 1:30 now 👌🏻🏁

Does this wheel work on other games like f1 23?
My brake force i can adjust but my throttle is not working as it should. There is a delay (on the throttle hud bar) when accelerating, it is like the brake pressure when on 10. How can i calibrate it well? Tried ingame and manual configuration. Nothing seems to work.
I know you might not care but with the strength you want it at 100 on the wheel and then adjust it in game because your limiting your peak torque and hurting your detail by turning it down if you do it in the in game you gain access to your peak torque thus giving you more detail just ingame set it to about 4 or 5 then it should be good

I have never tried sim racing. Does the steering wheel feel/torque change with different cars on the direct drive bases?

Very much appreciated, I've messed with every low to the highest setting to see what each does till I couldn't hold a straight line, welp back to factory settings, Then found your vid. It's a little heavy for my liking, but man!, can you haul ares into and out of corners? Big thanks for the base setup.

@GT Realm yes sir! I'm new to sim racing and this is my first wheelbase and I thought I was going to be so much fast. I gotta learn how to drive the game all over. Lol but the settings definitely gave me a great base to start out with and I can dial it in to fit me from here.
@@cdmc012599 indeed buddy. Playing around with the torque setting on the wheel is always a good start. As we all have a different comfort level when it comes how hard we want to fight the wheel..lol.

Its a 32" curved 4k Samsung monitor. Its not stretched.

I would recommend selecting n24 layout in the lobby and look for ‘intouchables checkpoint lobby’

It's made of plastic reinforced fiberglass and it feels quite solid

The majority of cars yes. I range between 640-720.
