They would rather have a shorty though and a lot of them went down in fallujah. Unfortunately, part of the problem was not having the best tool for the job
@@cornfedchris1 that’s a wildly specific speculation, out of 151 killed most were roadside bombs, RPG’s, snipers and fighters hiding in civilian crowds, not CQB. To put that on the M16 size is a bit much
@@gungnirstrategicall correct on the wound/ terminal ballistics, btw. I’d rather/ I have the 16”. As our esteemed colleague @deusvult pointed out the tier 1 folks have shorter guns, but the problem is when they leave the cqb building their guns are worthless out passed 150-200m for the bullet to tumble correctly (over 2500 fps) and cause the proper wound channels. I always remind people there’s definitely still marines using 20” rifles in structures, 16” is an upgrade, enjoy it
Definitely.

It's crazy how the length is almost identical between the 11.5" suppressed and 16". Thanks for that interesting perspective.
Thank you for watching
People confuse optimal with functional.
That is true
Grandpa cleared rooms with a 24". I think we will he fins.
No, I have never heard a woman say that
Glad you cleared that up for ever tier 1 team team in the US military. They'll all be issued 16" or 20" barreled guns now.
Considering they use suppressors thanks to our hard earned stolen money, that is unlikely lol.
He didn’t say you CANT use a shorter rifle, you noob. Ffs the stupid gets deep quick, doesn’t it?

Literally marines clearing out buildings with m16s in fallujah
Larger rifles are less weildy? Who knew?
laughs in bullpup, having both a short overall profile while keeping a long barrel
That's how my shotgun is 😅😅

@@gungnirstrategic I don't think so? But I must say, your CQB breakdowns are such a wealth of information. The animations are a game changer.
I am glad you think so. Thank you for watching and subscribing (despite YT trying it's best to unsub you lol).
