The bows are not too tight, they're just an older style of bow that have a bigger arch in the wood. They're closer to the bows that Vivaldi himself would've been familiar
Those are just baroque bows, kinda more historically accurate to the bows they would've used in the baroque era. It's not overly tight, they really are just arched like that:)
