As a life-long Minnesotan fan watching KAT come up, he always seemed to disappoint us the most when it matters. He is a good shooter when he can be but as soon as you start getting physical with him he disappears. Wish him the best though.

Knicks I give them a C+ because KAT plays too soft and Donte is lights out from three. I’m giving Minnesota a D+ because they essentially traded KAT for Donte because Randle good chance he opts out next season. They would have to build up Randle stock (keep in mind he’s fighting for minutes against Reid and McDaniels) before the trade deadline. If they get alot for Randle I’ll revise the grade.
KAT is soft. On paper he has better stats than Randle, is taller, 1 year younger, can block shots, etc. I think NYK mainly did this over injury concerns because from a toughness perspective I trust Randle way more in crunch time than KAT.
