I love this song. The Kinleys were my favorite Country group in 97/98. I understand they had their reasons to leave the Music Industry. I hope they were happy with the paths they chose! But I'm thankful for their music, particularly for this song. Beautifully done.
I LOVE LOVE the Kinleys!!! The voices of Jennifer and Heather blend so incredibly. A very underrated Duo. I sure wish they were still making music. Incredible talents and voices and let me also say that their debut album which contains this song is one of the best sounding CD's in my collection. Just LOVE the Kinleys!!!
I had the pleasure of interviewing them on their 27th birthday in 1997. This song Please was just in the Top ten landing at number 8. Good times! Good music! BTW. We gave them a cake and a present. Wonderful singers and people!
Thank God for TH-cam! There's not a single song you can't find, no matter how old.... love listening to these old but absolutely beautiful songs again. The 90s had some really great, meaningful music.
I've loved the kinleys since the first time l heard them. Their voices are beautiful. They are beautiful. I miss them. God bless them and their families
I used to say " I don't know what I would do, but I would do just about anything just to be in their presence" These to girls are absolutely beautiful and have beautiful voices....Please come back...lol
Going through these videos of all the 90's country I get more and more disappointed on what country has become today It's a damn shame on what has happened
+anthony donohue I like 90's country a lot. It's when I really began to listen to country music. Country doesn't sound anything like this anymore and that's sad.
I agree with you Anthony!!!! This song is Incredible, I Loved it right away when I heard it, it is very surprising to me that the Kinleys never really got that famous. I may be wrong but I think they only had one or two big hits, this being one of them. Love the Kinleys harmonies. This is real Country music!!!
Even for people that don’t really like country (such as myself lol) if you can appreciate great harmony these chicks are way better live then they are on any recording.. Very Talented.. AND from PA..yaaaaaa! LOL
Going through my old recordings and came across these lovely Ladies. I had to come see if any videos had been posted. How I miss the older country music. Real shame they weren't able to stick around longer in the music business. 2 beautiful women, with angelic voices. Loved watching and listening to them
They were super live we played an hour before them at the Iowa State Fair. I was so excited to hear them and wasn't disappointed. They talked about being wives and mothers at that show. They have a promo/bio out announcing their return. Thank GOD!
I just got their 2nd. album. They were the real deal. I can't believe no one has mentioned "You're Still Here" What a moving song. I hope someday they will record again and let people hear 2 voices that never got their due. It doesn't get much better.
I remember listening to this song more than 10 times when my marriage tanked and a very ugly messy divorce sounds like sound advice unfortunately never fixed my mess
Tawney White Calf here, thank everyone for their heartfelt comments. On my country playlist, there is one song I firs heard on 78 record... guess anyone? Pilamaya.
The first time I ever heard this song was in the car in the late Summer of 1997 when my parents and I were vacationing in Maine. Somehow, this song was so fitting for the nice overcast day we were having while enjoying the beautiful scenery of that state. It also reminds me of starting 6th grade later that Fall. This song just takes me back to those unforgettable fun times, and what I wouldn't give to go back to them. :)
I Love how this team sings. They sound so good together. Wish they would have persisted and made it BIG!!! Especially their Song = "Somebody's Out There Watching" !!!
I remember this song back in '97 it was on the radio alot when i was working construction in Wyoming id hear it either going or coming from work. So hard to say goodbye to yesterday.....
james hogue this is from 1997. 1997 does not come CLOSE to classifying as early 90s. I have their first and second CDs. First is called just between you and me. The second is called II. Like it's Roman numeral two.
This came out in 1997. You could have saved the CDs. You can still download the songs. You could get them for free. You could get them from the internet, from downloading apps or from CDs on the library system. Most of the late 1990s songs I downloaded on my smartphone are from CDs on the library system in my area.
There ain't no easy way to start this conversation So I'll just say what's on my mind Once our hearts both shared a common destination To love until the end of time Lately we've been drifting further from each other Someone's got to take the wheel I won't wait until it's too late to recover So let me tell you how I feel
I'd like to hear Martina Mc Bride, Reba Mc Intire, or Carrie Underwood sing this Song solo! What do you guys think? I loved it when the Kinleys "busted" out with it too!!
If Heather and Jennifer are identical twins, how can Jennifer sing higher harmony than Heather? Somebody let me know. They hit #7 in Billboard, 11-29-97. God bless ya, girls!
Because they’re sisters and their voices blend perfectly. They were very heavily influenced by the old close harmony brother acts like the Everly Brothers and the Louvin Brothers where both sing in the same octave. Heather is Charlie and Jennifer is Ira.
Trust me, having listened to them live without any recording or stuff, they are at the same level. They don't sound higher than one other. They are my cousins
We need these ladies back making music!!
I love this song. The Kinleys were my favorite Country group in 97/98. I understand they had their reasons to leave the Music Industry. I hope they were happy with the paths they chose! But I'm thankful for their music, particularly for this song. Beautifully done.

The best country female duo ever.
Thank God for TH-cam! There's not a single song you can't find, no matter how old.... love listening to these old but absolutely beautiful songs again. The 90s had some really great, meaningful music.

If you can't feel this beautiful song there just might be something wrong with you.
This is an exhibition of perfect harmony. Absolutely incredible. Wish they were still around. I love their style.
this song helped save my marriage
Hermosa canción
I used to say " I don't know what I would do, but I would do just about anything just to be in their presence" These to girls are absolutely beautiful and have beautiful voices....Please come back...lol
I got to hang with these talented ladies years ago, my cousin dated their guitar player.
Going through these videos of all the 90's country I get more and more disappointed on what country has become today It's a damn shame on what has happened

What ever happened to the Kinleys. They were so good. This is country music.
One of them sings at her church, but they stopped touring because of issues with their label, according to Wikipedia, of course.
One is a nurse practitioner! She’s my boss lol
@@katelynwest498 yo that's amazing
@@sbigshaun they stopped touring because of personal issues with each other.
@Ernest George Actually It is true. I know first hand. My dads stepfather was their uncle.
I remember seeing them in concert back in 98. I would give anything to go back to the 90's!
I cannot believe this channel doesn’t have more subs!
I know right, I liked their music too. Wiki says Jennifer is a nurse now.
Heather and Jennifer Kinley. ACC's #69 song of the '98 survey year. They hit #7 in Billboard, 11-29-97. God bless y'all, girls! Have a blessed week!
These Girls sing Harmony that melts ones heart, wish they extended their carrier

"You're Still Here" What a moving song. I hope someday they will record again and let people hear 2 voices that never got their due. It doesn't get much better.
This is country music. If it can make you cry or laugh, then it's country.
Tony511utu this don't make me laugh or cry but yet the country genre is the only genre this fits in.
Love them ❤
My newly purchased smartphone makes the video look brand new. Memories!
I remember listening to this song more than 10 times when my marriage tanked and a very ugly messy divorce sounds like sound advice unfortunately never fixed my mess
