Thanks for the shout out Boss. It has been a real pleasure working for you and, in my own old hippie way, help MHS and Excessive grow to where it is today. As for your "Rant", I have seen and heard these "Why ain't it done yet" customers way to often over the last 8 years, so I would not consider it a Rant, but more the truth. People really need to understand that what we do takes time!! We are , as you point out, very meticulous about what we do, and that translates into T I M E! Have some patientence please. Thanks again Jordan for all you have done, as you are my Best friend.
Prior to Jordan owning MHS I'd heard a lot of bad stuff about the company. However, i took a chance on your CNC head porting on a set of coyote 5.0 heads and i can honestly say, i made the right decision. Jordan was awesome to deal with. He made the entire process easy and the heads turned out great! After watching this video, I'm sorry you have to deal with customers like that. However, i will say, and I hope you remember me as a customer, i never hounded jordan. I told Jorfan to take his time and ill get the heads when he finishes them. Like I said, the heads turned out great and I hope I helped make your life a little less stressful. Thanks again
Hey Jordan.....Just want to give you props for expressing how you feel people need to understand how difficult the automotive lifestyle can be. I can relate, I'm a 13 year automotive technician. I really look forward to your content. I have a 2000 Mustang GT that I plan on making it a 8 second street car....I will be supporting your business with ordering parts through you......I can't wait to see some build recipes for the 2valve platform that you put together.....💯👍🇺🇸🇺🇲
Much respect man. I plan to have you trick my 03/04 cobra heads and I want to let you know now...there is NO RUSH AT ALL! I won't even contact you for an update. You should look into a 3D Scanner. It would make adding these parts to CAD a lot easier. Not to mention, you would be able to scan hard-to-find parts and create files for 3D printing or CNC.
I was searching for a modular shop to get my 5.4 rebuilt when I came across the rebuild of El Chapo. I watched all the vids ya did for ML which were great. You definitely have an additional talent of teaching. I learned a lot from you on the vids. Unfortunately, it’s impractical to send my motor to FL from CA but I’ll continue watch your new channel. Good luck and keep up the great work.
Jordan , a proven leader in the industry!! My buddy Zion and myself purchased a complete longblock from jordan. Hell of a guy, drop of a hat he will help you with any questions promptly and correctly . Our engine is running flawless from day one. Definatley a stand up guy and would reccomend him to anyone looking for reliable power out of a modular motor he is your man. Thank you Jordan !!
Hi Jordan, it's this simple. Your videos help us who build our own and in turn it only fair viewers support you by putting as much business your way as possible. I certainly will. Thanks for all the effort you put in and share. It will come back to you.
Everytime I watch a video with you in it, I do nothing but gain more respect for you sir! As everyone says, your attention to detail is nothing short of magnificent. More then that though, you actually care about others! The way you've helped Dave get back on his feet and offer a roof over his head is inspiring. As far as your "rant", we are all human not machines. We physically and mentally cant work 24/7, 365. We have to take time for ourselves, relax, and just destress. I've learned the hard way that sometimes, we have to take a step back and do something to help yourself. Those that truly respect you, will support you in that! Good luck goin forward, and I cant wait to talk to you about about my procharged 99 cobra rebuild!! The original builder cut so many corners, that its madness figuring out how I can get things redone right lol
I've made a few comments during your build with Andrews GT500. You're a master, HANDS DOWN when it comes down to attention to detail. I can't imagine how many late nights you pulled on that build. Very impressive attention to detail. I seriously wish you all the best ❤️. You do excellent work. Very meticulous, knowledgeable and precise with everything you do. So don't ever let a customer pressure you about a timeline bro. It'll be ready when it's ready, and if they don't like it, then, well you know where this sentence is going. Be true to yourself first and foremost, the rest will fall into place. Your work speaks for itself, don't ever let someone change that because they're in a hurry. The kind of attention to detail and excellence that I've seen of your work speaks volumes about your work ethic, hands DOWN unmatched. Wishing you all the best in the future with the new channel. Peace from Toronto!!!👍👍
Jordan, Man I understand completely it's why I don't usually haggle you on anything because I know if I was to send you my stuff it's in great hands. Man, just to see someone so devoted to the Ford modular program is amazing. I've been fighting with it ever since I pulled my high school car out of storage because everything for the 2v is becoming obsolete. To see someone want to give us options for aftermarket is awesome. I mean other than you MMR is your only competition for overall performance parts, they're all tons of other companies but they may only have a few parts here and there for the 2v. Because the first thing they do is tend to jump ship as soon as Ford releases newer products for the current production leaving the guys who are building 2v-4v in the dark (Even though the 4v has always had a nice aftermarket variety of parts). I would love to have the ability to buy everything I need from one shop and one shop only. Like, if I want a 2000hp 5.4 2v from top to bottom with every bell and whistle option. But, I would love to pick your brain on a few things but whenever you can make time for me, then I'll ask. Love the content, Keep doing what you're doing and make sure you keep yourself happy first..
I learned more about engines from your videos than I learned from all other engine videos I have seen on youtube, keep up the good work and about your engine I would love to see you build a twin turbo and explain what makes a good twin turbo setup
Great back story on MHS. I can see where the frustrations of owning a business like this can be daunting. I don't know why people just can't be happy to be getting a good quality product w/ out being up someones ass about it. Things take time its that simple
This concretes my decision on why I subbed this channel, Jordan, you are fuckin' honest, genuine, and down to earth., a rare combination in ANY line of work. Honored to have spoke with you on the phone.
Wanted to say you have been the best Vendor I have ever purchased from. you have always answered my questions and called me back if you were busy. The heads/cam package worked out really well, thank you. keep it going!
What a world class guy! Been following your company since 2014 and have never seen bad work. Keep it up brother, we all have a story and listening to yours is truly inspiring.
"Why would I have a tracking number on an engine you owe 4k on?" That statement right there explains what is trippy with the industry atm. Glad that you are prioritizing your health. Looking forward to seeing what you do!
Straight out of the gate full on first video. You're a machine, Jordan. Always wanted to know how you started up and to pick up the pieces so quickly after your only employee departed this world is nothing short of amazing. You've gone from strength to strength and put in the hard work. I wish I had half of your drive to succeed.
Jordan your attention to details is second to none. I appreciate the quality of your work and it shows even in the way Dave creates the boxes to ship heads. Totally recommend your shop. Thanks
would like to hear about your opinion on your 2v mhs heads vs the trick flow heads, what extra work you do to the trick flow heads described in your description (valve guides, porting, what cc choice will do for short and long term goals.) I would like to see a couple different designs for shirts and hoodies, in the future not really into skulls!
My current project is a 5.3L big Bore boss block build with TFS 195CC heads with full race porting ( in my example ported by TEA Total engine air flow) and Twin zona rotor 5451S for a 800+RWHP very responsive build 11:1 E85 .
Hi Jordan I’m Mike Atkinson of NC. Love your work man. I love a man that’s precise with what he does. That takes time and skill. I have a 2015 Roush Stage 2 with a blower and you’re welcome to use it at any time no matter how long. I’m working in Iraq so I’m in no hurry at all plus I have other cars I can drive when I’m home just thought for you. Thank you.
Pissed off customers has made me more patient when dealing with my own purchases. BUT I have to take meds to make me less likely to blow up at customers that think they are the only person alive. I do agree with pricing yourself/products accordingly. I purchased stage 3 heads and stage 3 turbo cams from Nick back in 2011-2012. The truck that the engines was installed in has been sitting since then, never fired. I hope to get re-invigorated on that build because I have about $12,000 sitting.
You are outstanding!! Keep being you man and take time to slow down a bit. Your level of attention to detail is truely remarkable. Man I love your work ethic and your commitment. Big fan now!! I'm going to be watching and learning from you brother. Take care and thank you so very much for what you bring to the table.
i still havent seen one of those 5.4 hardballr intakes for sale..... woudl be awesome if a sullivan upper and fuel rails will mount to it, long as it clears the alt. awesome
You are totally rite about the rant! Stand up! You can have a Freekn life too!! What’s Fd up is the same people complaining are the same people out there doing whatever they want whenever they want!! Don’t be shy to tell a customer to shut the F up! And I appreciate the fb add I would never bug u on a personal time thing, and don’t give your personal info out until you trust them not to abuse the business/personal relationship! Rite on!
Great video man, sounds like you have a hell of a story and been grinding for years. Been diving into the Mustang world recently and MHS quickly became known to me, so you must be doing something right haha. Did Andrew scrap his 1000 hp Teksid build? I thought I saw he gave the Bullitt away but I really wanted to see that power plant that he had planned come to life.
Man! You're a natural!! I am amazed of how much you put into your work I mean your attention to the minimal detail that never seen before. You are a perfectionist. Awesome work! Im looking forward to your videos Jordan!
Thanks for sharing the video and would definitely like to see the video of the 5.0 Coyote build that you are planning. Keep up the Awesome work and videos !!!
Im stoked. I have hated the increasing difficulty of finding 2v intakes.i know ill be ording them left and right. I have several 2vs that lack intakes still
You're a bad ass dude brother, I love that you're a perfectionist, it shows that you care about people's cars. Your knowledge is unbelievable, I'd love for you to build me a motor for my 2019 Coyote. Good Luck with the channel bro, I support you 100%
Congrats on the channel. You have a very nice shop, and I love how meticulous you are on your builds that says a lot on how great you are at engine building. To me the smallest details count big. Again congrats and good luck can't wait to see more.
Great video I am excited to see more from you, I am a cnc machinist as well and we machine castings so i would gladly help with any questions or help produce some made in America parts!
Great content man! Love how meticulous u are and ur attention to detail is awesome! Nice to see high quality products made is the USA 🇺🇸🤘Keep up there great work!
Good intro Jordan. I sure like the proven build recipe idea. I need a good combo for my marauder. I been ignoring the engine while I work on rest of car. Trying to gain more knowledge before buying engine parts. I did buy an 03-04 cobra lower intake manifold though. Weekly tech tips would be fantastic too.
I bought some srp pistons from you. If you can explain the difference between srp and je. Pros and cons ya know. Just for people in the future who want to buy em and for myself. Maybe include which ones do u recommend. Just overall more info on them . Thankyou sir
Love your content Jordan, I’d love to hear some 2v combos that you have had success with, I actually was looking at seeing if in the not so distant future you would be willing to build a motor for me, completely up to you on part choice as I have multiple friends who have had experience with you and have heard nothing but the best comments about your support and expertise, but as a general question, do you think it is possible to have 700whp procharged 2v 4.6?
I'm assuming that hardballer intake is for the 5.4 2v. There's a serious lack of intake choices that fit under the hood for the 3v. Not everyone can afford to use boost. Just wondering if a variant of that intake can be made to fit the 5.4 3v, or aluminum spacers to port adapt Mustang intakes? The 5.4 3v intake is only effective to 5500. Would be nice to add another 1000 rpm to that for us guys who have built the bottom ends for higher revs. I've already got long tube headers and extensively hand ported these 3v heads and rebuilt them with those bullet shaped valve guides that I got from you a while back. Great introductory first video. 👊
Yeah the hardballr was for 2v. This nightmare is something i deal with often. I really like these 2vs. I get alot of miles out of them. 604k on the current 2v. No leaks no issues other than eats coils. But intakes are a bitch. Im having a hard time finding spacers for another victor jr right now.
I emailed Jordan twice asking questions about heads and Cams for my 5.4 2v build and I never got a response from him. 💩💩💩 But if you sir bring back the 5.4 Hardballr Intake........... oh my goodness that would be lifesaving
Resend your emails tomorrow. If they were vague, they may not have get answered. Only so much time in one day. If it was vague, send me some more details so I can easily respond and I promise, I’ll get back with you.
Also your na rotating assembly for the coyote...Can you customize the compression outside of 12.5...E85 stations are hard to come by where I live...Whats the max compression I can run with 93 with this rotating assembly?
Hey Jordan, what would it cost for me to send you a brand new mmr engine that’s been sitting in my garage for about 3.5-4 years now, I wanted to have you go over it, and I want to swap out the pistons to a stock 2v compression, when I bought it wasn’t thinking much and went with a low comp 8.5
I see you have custom cams for the coyote. What would you recommend if staying na? Mostly a street car, daily driver...might do some autocross & roadcourse stuff with 1-2 drag races a year...
All you can do is all you can do.... And all you can do is enough.. Is a book title. A really successful guy once told me it was the thing that got him through some of that bullshit
You need time to decompress man. When you get home it's you time. The fact that you are even reading the messages shows how dedicated you are to your work. My advice man. Have it so that you can not access any work stuff from your home devices. Work email is on your work phone. Public facebook for the shop is only accessed from your work phone and work computer.
Sounds Like maybe you would Be happier building motors and letting somebody else handle customers. Wouldn’t Be easy to find the right person for that job though.
Thanks for the shout out Boss. It has been a real pleasure working for you and, in my own old hippie way, help MHS and Excessive grow to where it is today. People are just impatient David me me me what about me
We've become a "me"society instead of the "we" society and it's ignorant and selfish.
Would love to see some 2v stuff
Wooh!
Very excited to see you made a channel. Great video bro, can’t wait to see more.

Jordan you are the man you have made me aware of things on my coyote build that noone else has covered I appriciate you and all that you do
MHS FTW! I love the fact that you're keeping it in The United States Of America, God Bles The USA!

Amen Brother!
Thats a good thing you bring up about impatience people have. Engine building takes time, especially to do it right the first time. Good video
17:00 is very relatable bro. Happens to most of us.
Much respect man. I plan to have you trick my 03/04 cobra heads and I want to let you know now...there is NO RUSH AT ALL! I won't even contact you for an update.

I'd love to see the fab work of a twin turbo setup on the gen3 Coyote.
Keep up the great work. All the from Canada. Hey. Lol
I love your attention to detail on your work like Andrews motor and what not now I know where to get head work done..
👍🏼 Jordan killed it with my engine. Can’t wait to hit the dyno!
This concretes my decision on why I subbed this channel, Jordan, you are fuckin' honest, genuine, and down to earth., a rare combination in ANY line of work. Honored to have spoke with you on the phone.
Awesome brother, I've watched your tech videos bro and they are very very helpful. Thanks brother keep up the good work.

"Why would I have a tracking number on an engine you owe 4k on?"
That statement right there explains what is trippy with the industry atm.
Glad that you are prioritizing your health. Looking forward to seeing what you do!
Good stuff! Looking forward to your content.
Full send bro love these videos
Im just staring on my first 2v mustang
And shout out from Alabama
Terminator guys would love a "build recipe" video.
I second that!
Thanks
would like to hear about your opinion on your 2v mhs heads vs the trick flow heads, what extra work you do to the trick flow heads described in your description (valve guides, porting, what cc choice will do for short and long term goals.)
I would like to see a couple different designs for shirts and hoodies, in the future not really into skulls!
My current project is a 5.3L big Bore boss block build with TFS 195CC heads with full race porting ( in my example ported by TEA Total engine air flow) and Twin zona rotor 5451S for a 800+RWHP very responsive build 11:1 E85 .
👏🏾🙌🏾
ive heard nothing but good stuff since you have taken over the company. keep at it man look forward to future videos.
Yeeeees... 7 sec twin turbo would be AWESOME!!!
Thanks for everything Jordan! Loved the 5.8 series, and look forward to more tech. I'll be a future customer for sure

Hell yea first vid
I'm one of the truck guys desperately wanting an HPS 5.4 Intake.! Cant wait!. I'll volunteer to take the first available!

Rite on!
Would like to see how you properly prime oil step by step! Keep the tech tip videos coming :-) 👍

You're excellent man, best of everything for you and yours.....

Great content man! Love how meticulous u are and ur attention to detail is awesome! Nice to see high quality products made is the USA 🇺🇸🤘Keep up there great work!
Great introduction great back story I've gotten some parts for my current 2v build from you
Good intro Jordan.
Twin Turbo 2018+ would be awesome!
31:09 DO IT... Possibly use the 7.3 Godzilla platform
4.6 2v build!!!
This 5.4 truck guy still waiting
I bought some srp pistons from you. If you can explain the difference between srp and je. Pros and cons ya know. Just for people in the future who want to buy em and for myself. Maybe include which ones do u recommend. Just overall more info on them . Thankyou sir
You need to get with Matt Hayes and work out some intake colabs. You guys would dominate the game together.
Definitely would like to see a twin turbo build.
Great video brother, who did your intro! So sick!
I’d love to see some good 4v n/a build recipes

I would like to see some 2v stuff
Looked on the MHS website for the "HardBaller" intake manifold, but didn't fid anything. Is there an update or more info on it?
I emailed Jordan twice asking questions about heads and Cams for my 5.4 2v build and I never got a response from him. 💩💩💩
But if you sir bring back the 5.4 Hardballr Intake........... oh my goodness that would be lifesaving
Resend your emails tomorrow. If they were vague, they may not have get answered. Only so much time in one day. If it was vague, send me some more details so I can easily respond and I promise, I’ll get back with you.
Modular Head Shop
just sent you one. No pressure.
Also your na rotating assembly for the coyote...Can you customize the compression outside of 12.5...E85 stations are hard to come by where I live...Whats the max compression I can run with 93 with this rotating assembly?
I would be no higher than 11:1 with Gen 1 or 2 heads. We can change the pistons out to 11:0:1 no problem no change in price call us tomorrow
Keep the stock cams and get a good tune. I think that is best for a daily unless you want a huge stall
@@ExcessiveMotorsports By huge stall do you mean a torque converter? I'm manual (crappy mt82)...Forgive my ignorance I'm a little slow at times lol...
What’s up man
PLEASE work ON 2V intakes ...
I just won't thank Jordan for them tork specks he really knows his stuff and yes Jordan my wife had to help me in the house hard work
All you can do is all you can do.... And all you can do is enough.. Is a book title. A really successful guy once told me it was the thing that got him through some of that bullshit
Hey I bought pistons from you last month, Got an open box discount but I didn’t get any ring gap instructions. Any help?
Can you google the manufature and part number? Sometimes the manufacture has that stuff on their website and you can download it via pdf.
Send me and email and I’ll send you my recommendations
Do you only work on domestics?
Hardballr??? Like, a real intake for the 5.4 2v finally???
You need time to decompress man. When you get home it's you time. The fact that you are even reading the messages shows how dedicated you are to your work. My advice man. Have it so that you can not access any work stuff from your home devices. Work email is on your work phone. Public facebook for the shop is only accessed from your work phone and work computer.
Sounds Like maybe you would Be happier building motors and letting somebody else handle customers. Wouldn’t Be easy to find the right person for that job though.
I know how you feel bro its not you, 9-5 just like the customer does......
Maybe you shouldn't post your personal information why should anyone want to know what you are having for dinner
