i don't know if you will ever see this but you need to come back you are the help every new person needs it's you that started me on homebrew and i have never looked back thanks for all the info and the time you have put in the vids
Nice one mate, you beat me to it, I knocked up a Turbo Cider last Wednesday after watching your last video (Inspiration), & on doing so I thought must have a bash at doing some wine, then out of the blue this one turns up! Keep 'em coming Big Fella :-)
This one is looking very good so far, it is fermenting like a good en, so only half way there but will be doing some more vids as the wine takes a bit more time than the beers as you know, glad you like the vid, cheers Paul :)
Yep, Here in the states I like getting cheap kits $50 USD and then adding grape skin packs and some more concentrate total I spend is $90 and its better than a $170 kit. I also add in a different yeast. Im doing a Syrah right now.

All the extra's that your putting in are not part of the kit? What do they do?
Wine yeast compound, original yeast and neuts? That's gonna be a spicy fermentation!
It's still proper going for it I know that much...lol
