    Megan, this set is doing miracles for my hips..., tightness, sciatica and range of motion..third day...and hardly any pain in hips while walking..and upper buttocks are relaxing...and tissues softening there.feel like all the shock n trauma I had is being released....Will continue..definitely...this is a true inner journey..lifetime of stress n holding, I would say....I thank you so ,if I and will keep you updated....

      Thanks again. It’s inspiring to see your first message and then again the positivity after 3 days. I honestly do these all the time - my maintenance- often in bed before I even get up.

    I really love this routine , it is so good to get stiff muscles gently moving again. Please could you increase the sound as trying to hear is distracting.

      Hi Caroline, This is an old video that was done before investing in microphones etc. The sound cannot be changed but there are many other newer similar somatic yoga practices with better sound quality on my channel that will kindly get your muscles moving. have fun exploring!
