Great class. I had a total right hip replace three years ago, have done PTherapy and my right hip has not regained it’s strength. Doing this movements have shown me the difference between the L and T butt cheeks. The surgeon wants me to see a spine orthopedic to find out why my R cheek is asleep. It’s gotten so bad that now my right foot is getting numbness. I’ll continue using your videos.
Thanks for commenting Antonio and best to you on your healing journey and hip replacement comeback. I might suggest you try this video if you have not: th-cam.com/video/z6jrBj13fjo/w-d-xo.html
Thank you Megan! My L4-S1 is out of whack and I have pelvic floor dysfunction - this woke up my glutes and really highlighted my asymmetries, ha! But I feel freer now :) I have to be mindful of too much lumbar extension - do you have any suggestions for gentle practices that would help support ...un-hyperextending?
Anything I have on the four deep core would be helpful. And I have quite a few. You can work on activating and releasing both the pelvic floor and transversus abdominis, and in doing so, the lumbar is more neutral and supported. Good luck!
Well, this was a good one. My thoraxic spine is asking for help these days ( scoliosis becoming pushy ) . I'm trying everything that I can and I think it's all helping. What I really want is instant relief but I do understand that that's not what's going to happen. I'm mostly content to try something every day and to be hopeful and notice small improvements. Thank you so much for another excellent session. ( Last night's few inches of snow is melting in this morning's sunshine. On the east side of Vancouver Island, which is on the west coast of Canada )
Lovely imagery of the snow Evid. I miss it and appreciate the picture. You have a wonderful philosophy as well. It’s about the trip and not necessarily where we end up. Enjoy the explorations!
You can have instant relief if you know what you do. Takes time to learn releasing and relaxing. Been into somatics for two years now and still finding new things. Body is different every day.
Thank you so much for this practice. It really helps manage the grumpiness in my back in a gentle, safe, and effective way. ❤
I am grateful the video helps you and perhaps helps to to feel more joy each day. Thanks for your donation 🫶🏼

Thank you for this Megan! A big challenge for me to coordinate as I notice tension creeping in in different areas as I practice.
The noticing followed by the kindness is the exploration. Thanks for commenting🙏
