Thank you so much Megan. I did this class at night as i was feeling stifness in my whole body and it was fantastic. Not only i feel my body loose but my brain is quiet and more in ease. Thanks a lot.
Thank you Megan for another amazing practice. It found places where I did not know I was tight and stiff. I love that this was so gentle and at the same time, very powerful and deep. 🙏
Thank you for such clear and thoughtful instructions, I like the analogy of our bodies finding their right place like all things in nature, heartful wishes to all.
Well, this was rather wonderful. I found it to be quite a challenge now where , in the past, it would have been simply a marvelous stretch. Between torn meniscus (right side ) and post humerous break and wrist break and fresh wrist sprain (left side) , I am oddly 'balanced'. It was interesting to modify where once I would have just gone for it. It does feel very good to have done it. Better wait a bit longer for the sprain to heal but I will definitely come back to this. Having come through your first Irish winter, may you be rewarded with a glorious spring .
Hi Evid, thanks for sticking with the practices in whatever way you need to for yourself at this time. I wish you deep healing and comfort as you do so. And yes, spring is here!!! 🌸
Thanks Elli, this is an everyday bed practice in many ways that I appreciate more as the aging process kicks my over-do-it chore butt with next day soreness!
So lovely again.. Thank you Meghan!! I had to improvise in the sitting cat cow variation.. I have pretty stiff shoulders i couldn't reach back to interlace my fingers so I bring them on the floor like dandssana and on the backward tilt of thr pelvic I brought them on the knees before I cross the.. I feel so refreshed now!! Ciao ciao
You re kind Julie. My move has been incredibly healing on many levels. The soreness is the fault of enjoying the process of creating our new space...then remembering I am not as young as I used to be!
@@juliebulie7587 we moved from Wisconsin to Ireland. A big one and so grateful. But I could write a whole book about the ongoing process… where are you going?
@@MeganMacCarthy that’s a huge move! May I ask why? In my late 20s I moved from England to Canada. Now I’m 60 I’m not sure I could make such a big move! We are moving from Vancouver Island to the interior of British Columbia. Congratulations on your move and I trust you are settling in 😍
@@juliebulie7587 I tried to move to Ireland when I was in my 20’s but needed to leave after 5 months. This time I’m staying!!! We are going to be offering retreats and trainings in our new home and it is a magnificent place to share 😍. You are in a beautiful part of Canada. Perhaps we can meet some day if you visit. XO
Hi I am new to your channel I was looking for something with fibromyalgia and I got the one for fibromyalgia that you do. I didn’t try it yet but definitely going to. This practice I really enjoyed. Do you have anything for night time? Thank you ❤
