    Thankyou so much Sir for your valuable information....I skipped breakfast for almost 1 month now and I feel much lighter than before. I was of the opinion that breakfast is important but I thought and used my mind that if I do not decrease my carbohydrates how can I loose the weight because excess of calories ultimately converted into fats if my physical activity is not according to my calorie intake.... Thanks once again for this information...

    Ok I agree with your knowledge. But for a kid going to school, breakfast is utmost important. I am not speaking about those cornflakes , but milk, parathas, poha, idli are needed as energy requirements are high for a growing kid.

    Breakfast should be given priority it’s definitely and myth but Breakfast shouldn’t be skipped. From my personal experience and also few of my friends who were rushing to office early mostly skipped breakfast and most of them had eventually gastric issues . On medical check doctor advised to not skip the breakfast.. Yeah not saying heavy breakfast but skipping the breakfast as a pattern is not a good idea.

      So u may not have breakfast but have a lot of calories thereafter

      when I mean cardio I mean low intensity cardio like brisk walking
      for high intensity cardio u need food
