Ok, there's a point where the crowd has to STOP screaming in order to let the singers sing the whole song. I can barely hear them. It's actually really obnoxious. Wait till the goddamn song is over first!!!!
To be honest, I wish it was just Daughtry singing this alone. That's nothing against Kelly (because I do like her) and it has nothing to do with being a fan of his or not. He's alright, but I've never bought any of his albums. But as far as this song is concerned, his voice is perfect for it. It's been a long time since I've heard somebody do a cover THAT good.
I agree with gimmeasalad: I've been hoping for 10 years they'd officially record this duet so I could buy it! And then play it over and over (with no disrespect to Tracy Chapman, the original artist who made this song a superhit. Still luv ya, Tracy)
I really miss the good old days when an audience listened quietly and respectfully until the performance was over. What a self-satisfying society we live in now. :-/

I don't love this cover. I'm not hating on Kelly, but her voice is a little too high for this song. Daughtry's is pretty on point. For a better version, in my opinion, look up Michael Collings.
