😭😭😭😭😭 i wanna pull 800, he reps my max lol, currently im overweight at at 385 at 5'10, working on losing weight so i only do weekly maxes with deep squat/overhand grip DL/ and OHP to keep the muscles working while i try to cut to a healthy weight.
Top 5 leg exercises you need to do for what? I appreciate the guy is obviously a strong man but he looks far from in shape. So if you copy what he’s saying do you get the results he gets?
