    Started doing those Flexion rows 2 weeks ago, remembered them from 1 of your earlier videos, and man it's one hell of an exercise to finish off backday. When your back is already dead from all the heavier lifting, doing those really slow and really focusing on the contraction feels really horrible in the most incredible way.

    I’ve been sticking to the same workout routine for a year and three months now, hitting it every day with maybe 10 days off at most. The results keep coming because I’ve just been adding more weight-classic progressive overload. What really matters is consistency, good sleep, proper nutrition, and staying hydrated. It’s not the perfect routine for competition, but it works for me and for others I know. Mostly bodyweight and compound movements. Keep it simple, but above all, stay consistent. in the end the best program is the one you can stick to.

    Digging the solo content my dude! Not saying I don't like your stuff with Juji and Martins, but I love this sort of format for your vids

    Never been a fan of Meadows Row....always felt like an unnecessarily similar movement to what I was already doing with dumbells.
    Flexion rows are on another level when it comes to pump though. I've been doing them quite often after the RP video came out. Extremely humbling :)

    Tried looking up strongman comps in PA and had no idea you were located in the state! Awesome seeing you compete and lifting with Juji and Martins. Definitely using these workouts to build some strength. Cheers man!

    I needed these joey, pullups feel much harder than chinups which is an indication of weak upper back

    I love meadows rows. Such a great connection with that movement. And I've been wanting to get a log for my home gym but I don't know which size I should get? Do you have a suggestion on a diameter? Thanks bro. Keep up the great work

    • @SzatStrength

      I disagree... 8 inch like jf Caron trains on...

    • @wickdghost3639
      @wickdghost3639 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@jaredgalloway3642 I'll take jf's word on squats and deadlift but you def see more large diameter logs in people who are good at log, the stoltmans, martins, big Brian shaw. So I respectfully disagree with you and agree with Joey, just wanted a confirmation before making the purchase

    • @jaredgalloway3642
      @jaredgalloway3642 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The reason he uses an 8 inch is because it's smaller and therefore more difficult then a competition... So if u can clean a much smaller log then more power during comps... Similar to martins licis using an unstable dumbbell during his one arm dumbbell presses during training but when moving to the competition it would be easier
