      Unfortunately, many parents tramarized their children with their abusive, toxic ways they were parented. Many of those children turn to different kind of addiction when they grow up. Child's life and it's personality develops when they are very young. Abusing children because parents didn't deal with their traumas is a sin and conditioning the child with abuse to become a healthy adult is not possible. Even the plants when you talk to them in a bad way will not successfully grow. No one has a right to oppress anyone even if they are a parent. In the end we will be questioned what we did. I know many that told their parents in the kind way to stop abusing their children but the parents just become worse. It's heartbreaking Subhan'Allah May Allah forgive, protect and guide us all Ameen

    I told my father yesterday that people shouldn't curse and why , he curses a lot and yesterday I learned a hadith that talked about cursing and when I told him about it, he just screamed at me :")
    Edit:- before anyone tells that it's common sense that cursing isn't allowed, I'm a 13 year old who was never taught well about islam , I've been learning Islam for the last few months from the internet and stuff cause literally no one I know is religious enough to answer any of my questions :")

I have never seen him saying thank you when she makes him food and serves him, instead he say he hates the food she makes and when I said atleast say u like it or thank you... I got shut down. He always says to us we waste money when we never buy new clothes until the old one are torn and if we need something we are so scared to ask him so we ask our mother and she gets yelled at.. and she says we should respect him cuz he provides us with food and shelter. I can't seem to love him 💔 what is there to love.

    Salaam. That is true, my parents especially my mum can never be wrong and I try and sometimes carefully correct them on the rights and wrongs- they just don’t want to know.
    On the other hand being a parent myself you try and tell your children in a parental friendly way that some rules are followed in our religion and try and avoid this - this etc. they just turn around and say mum your generation was different?
    What do you say to that

    • @HaveSabr
      @HaveSabr  2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      First: May Allah (swt) bless you and your family
      Ameen
      Secondly: I don’t know if your children are practicing or not but what I want to tell you is that our job is to remind others, this includes our children. We don’t guide them, it’s rather Allah (swt) alone who guides the hearts. I know myself a brother who was a Muslim but not practicing. One time after a lot of reminders, Allah (swt) put something in his heart and he wanted to change and became practicing.
      Don’t give up on your children. I know it’s easier said than done but Allah (swt) knows that you can handle it, otherwise he wouldn’t have put you in this situation.
      May Allah (swt) put Barakah in every reminder of yours

    I won't say anything. I left the issue to Allah because my father is incapable of understanding where he went wrong. Allah is all watching and all understanding. He will solve this issue in this Duniya or in Akhirah, Inshallah.

    "I need advice. I want to wear the hijab, but my parents won't allow it. They also forbid me from praying tahajjud and sometimes even fajr. My father doesn't want me to be too religious, and he gets angry when I recite dikr or try to read the Quran at night. When I wear the hijab, he tells me to take it off, and my mother says I should listen to my father. She thinks I won't be able to continue wearing it forever like she couldn't. My mother used to wear abaya, hijab, and niqab, but my father forced her to stop.
    Whenever I ask for advice, my family members tell me to obey my father. I'm confused and don't know what to do. Any advice or kind words would be appreciated.
    Wishing you a blessed day, and I hope to meet you someday. May Allah forgive all Muslims."

    That wasn't Prophet Ibrahim (a)'s real biological father, a Prophet's parents can never be an idol worshipper. Everyone just called him "abba" as a nickname like they do in different language cultures (e.g. calling friend's parents aunty, uncle. It doesn't mean biological aunt or uncle)

      No it was his father, read the Quran also all scholars said Azar was the father of Ibrahim Alayhi Assalam

    • @BobBob-pr4eh
      @BobBob-pr4eh 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Amy_omer no that is not Islamically impossible, Hadith has clarified that Prophet Ibrahim referred to his uncle as his father, and this is still evident in Arabic culture today, older male figures especially familial ones are no different than their fathers. The love and affection and bond you have to them is most definitely fatherly. And Prophet Ibrahim was incredibly loving and sensitive evidenced by him never stopping his prayer for his uncle to be put on the straight path. But most importantly if you used your head you’d realize that prophethood is passed down via the bloodline and is patrilineal meaning Prophet Abrahams father was also a prophet. Meaning an infallible. Meaning a Muslim. Meaning NOT an idol worshipper. The only exceptions are Prophet Jesus who is connected to the prophethood line via his Mother who was the daughter of Prophet Imran. But again bloodline is necessary. There is also another instance where this foreshadowing is important but I’ll save that conversation for another time. God loves foreshadowing and direct examples.
