Great question!! I'm actually planning to make a step by step video on the home buying process so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, to answer your question, the best time to get pre-qualified is once you've lowered any major debts, built your credit and have a good amount of cash set aside for your down payment, closing costs, moving costs etc, then you want to get pre-qualified so you can know how much you can spend and what those terms will be. So now when you look at properties online you will be able to relate the asking price to the actual amount of cash you will need out of your pocket and what the payments will be like. Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. 407-305-4165
@@Marlon.Persaud thank you so much for this response! I’ll definitely keep you in mind when it’s time to really commit to the home buying process! I really enjoy your videos and i look forward to that video.
Mr. Marlon, I am extremely grateful for all of your advice. Looking forward to your video on how-to ensure I will find the right house for a retired family of two that is downsizing. Thanks 😊
to be honest it's not the most requested option so I can see why the builders have made it an additional upgrade. But can def be added on this floorplan if you would like.
@Simply Tracy I'm with you on the tub being standard in the owners suite bathroom! A tub is a must for me. Drives me nuts that they are upgrades now. The upgrade used to be if you wanted a jetted tub vs a standard soaking tub, not the tub itself.😒
It's really a nice size beautiful house; but, of course, it depends about the size of the family that's seeking to occupy the house to say as to whether the house is just right, too small or too big.
Marlon. Happy New Year. Front elevation very deceiving and the home looks small but really extends far back on entry. 2 front bedrooms an ok size. Nice counter on that bathroom sink. Wow. Another bed and bath. The staging and the color choices in the office very welcoming. Agree. Laundry in a nice central location to the 3 front bedrooms and the rear primary. Nice open concept. Spacious angular pantry. Lovely kitchen. Prefer one large sink. What are they called, farmers sinks? All the backyard needs is a pool. Close to shopping. 🙌🏼. Massive primary. Loving the soft tones. Odd. The linen door in the en-suite pushes in instead of opening out. The closet is lovely. The shower plain. Needed a splash of colored tile. I think they call that listello tile. Make a nice border to break up the white. Nice home. Thanks so much and see you next video.
Congratulations!! Send me an email at Marlon@ThePersaudGroup.com with the specs you're looking for and we'll send you whatever we can find in that price range.

@@Marlon.Persaud be honest with the details bro - it'll separate you from the rest and give you longevity I promise. I walked in there and it felt like 8' in comparison to the average 9'4 that we ALL are very used to feeling and experiencing in a typical height/space.
When should one get in the process of pre qualifying for a home loan? Any tips on that process?

Not a fan of homes without fences.
Lol 8'8" but feels like 9'4"?! 🤣

That was MY honest feeling. Not even lying. I would still 100% recommend 9’4”
