This looks almost exactly like the Arlington model. Which is my absolute favorite, but this one has a nice garden tub in the primary bathroom that the Arlington doesn't have. Yes prices have shot up significantly in the last year or so!! But this is definitely a great option right now in terms of what the floor plan offers so I’m glad you liked it. A lot more homes and neighborhoods coming up soon!
