Hey Marlon. Preview looking very soft and inviting. Nice front elevation. Yes. Agree. That glass door is good. Beautiful entrance. 2900 sq ft is large. Would have to ad a closet to that first bedroom. And the 1/2 bath becomes a full. Hopefully won’t lose too much space in the bedroom. Yess. Great laundry. Amazing open concept. Kitchen very soothing. Just needs a little more splash of color to break up the white. Faux wood? Great tip. The floor does look nice. Love storage in islands. Yes to a covered lanai. Add an outdoor kitchen and pool with birdcage and we’re set. Yessss. Guyana in the house. Born in Brooklyn raised in Hopetown village and Georgetown. These sliders look good quality. Nice private entry to the primary. Spacious. Just needed at least moulding. Amazing shower. Galley en-suite. Don’t need a tub. Large loft. Wow. Large bedroom and en-suite. 👍🏼. Absolutely Marlon. 3 beds should not share a bath. In fact, the loft is large enough to squeeze in a 1/2 bath. These bedrooms are large. Can definitely get a 1/2 bath for guests. Lovely home. Hey Cydney, the flex space is shown here as a study. If you convert it to a bedroom it will add the closet and convert the half bath to a full bath.
And of course you got to have your birdcage and outdoor kitchen!! True Guyanese style! haha

Beautiful home, most definitely have to have the built-ins in the kitchen, love the pocket doors. And I would have a shower & tub in the master bathroom. The only thing I don’t like is the carpet!!! Can that be an option not to have??
Oh yeah you can definitely upgrade to have no carpets anywhere in the home.

Hey Marlon don't even mention your attire, you look good no matter what you wear. We're here to see the homes...LOL.. I prefer the tub and walk in shower. I feel the shower alone is too large and a waste of space. That shower can fit 8+ people..lol. Honestly, how many people use a shower at one time? I would use the loft space as a game room..pool table..etc. I prefer a bath in the secondary bdrm like the first..If possible, configure the closet to fit a bath.. Nice!
haha you're right! You're here for the home! You make great points about the shower. Also bigger shower means more to clean! You do spend more time elsewhere in the home so I do like the idea for a pool table and game room! Great feedback! Thank you!
