I’m loving it. This is a home run. It’s a ranch…check. It’s huge, with plenty of square feet…check. It’s in warm and sunny Florida…check. And did I mention , it has a basement. Yes, a basemen t home in Florida. I love your real estate.
Great question my friend!! This property is actually NOT in a flood zone! However, since it's not in a flood zone then flood insurance would be minimal so I would still recommend it just to be on the safe side because well it is florida. lol
This is actually a two story house, not a one story with basement. You enter from the second floor, which is the main level. The first floor holds the fourth and fifth bedrooms.
I am so jealous. I just bought a basement home in this community and it's nothing like this. How is their basement so big! Mine is one big space, not as divided. My upstairs is one large open space also. I love this design.
Congratulations to you and welcome to the neighborhood!!! You could potentially do some wall additions to divide the space. Let me know if you need a recommendation on a good contractor.
Love the front and has well enough space for your company to park ! I'm just in love with the intercom in the other basement home ,Houses this big it's such a plus , and just neat to have , this house could be used in so many ways ! Great place 👍
Huh! This is similar to the $1.5 million house I watched earlier today. Looks like the same architect! And, it appears to have the same issues! Add a spiral staircase from the upper level balcony to get to the ground level. What? No pool? AAUGH! There needs to be a powder room on the upper level. Take down the outer wall so you can easily see the staircase. However, this place is going to sell FAST! Great video tour!
Oh! I forgot to add that I would not call this a “basement.” It looks like it is almost above ground. I would call it a “lower level.” But, I guess no one would understand that. They do understand “basement.” 😀😀😀
I think it's still available bro. Let me know if you want to setup a private showing. thepersaudgroup.com/homes-for-sale/FL/clermont/34711/n-a/bid-30-O6032761?
What's the point of having a basement if you are going to finish it? It would have been better just to make it a 2 story house. A basement should be unfinished and is for storage and utilities.
Hey Marlon. 5 bed 3 bath? 4778 sq ft? Huge home. So why wouldn’t every bedroom have its own en-suite and a full pool bath in the rear and a 1/2 bath for inside guests? Ok. Let me watch. Nice front elevation. Yes. Does look like a 1 story but the basement had to already been built probably wasn’t finished from the beginning? Agree. The office actually the dining room. The front room can be the formal living room. The family room and breakfast nook is large. Oh there’s a butlers pantry between the kitchen and dining. The primary en-suite is dated but nice. Closet a good size. Large primary. Like there are sliders to the balcony. Nice size bedrooms and bath. The upgrades still look dated but clean. Spacious laundry indeed. Glad there’s a sink. Florida “ basements “ are not like NY basements that are truly in the ground. They are more like walkout lower levels. The basement is huge. Looks bigger than upstairs and actually nicer than upstairs. Nice backyard. I see it’s the way the land slopes that the “ basement “ level is in line with other homes in the rear. If I remember the other basement home correctly, I like this basement better. Would have to go watch it again. Nice home. Older layout. No open concept but nice nonetheless. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Hey Cydney! Yeah it's not a true basement like you get in NY where everything is underground. It's more like a bonus space that they only did in certain areas where they had those hills and required a unique structure. I know it's not open concept but the interior walls can easily be moved to create a more open concept. Thanks again for the feedback and watching! See you next video!
No seat in the shower? Even young people should sit down to wash their feet and legs? We know a young man who soaped up his feet slipped in the shower and now has screws in his legs and ankles and cannot run any longer.

✅ ✅ ✅ Only thing left is for you to move here! 😀
Though it's not really a basement.
This is perfect for all my family and myself
I love both of the basement homes
Big Home, Huge. Yes it looks 2007 with a Living room up front, and the central VAc and wood cabinets, likely Maple. Hopefully 2 zone A/C.
Basement home makes another appearance!!
What do you guys think about this one?

Gorgeous home!
This is a beautiful home.. that basement is the BOMB the only thing to add is a pool .. please keep sharing your videos ☺️🙂☺️🙂
Glad you like them! I shall!
My only concern IS the basement: it rains a lot in Florida and basements can flood. So my question is: Marlon, is this house in a non-flood area?

@@Marlon.PersaudBut then again, that "basement" isn't a true basement as it's largely above ground.

Man this house has everything and it's in a great area 🙌 🔥🔥🔥
Yes it does!
Marvelous house

Yeah you hit the nail on the head!! It's more of a bonus space but yeah basement is just easier for people to understand. lol
Nice property ❤❤❤
That's a Beautiful Home. 🌷🦩
It really is!

I think it's still available bro. Let me know if you want to setup a private showing.

Nice what’s the sales price
This home was built in 2007 how come it's so expensive? Most new construction doesn't cost that much
I just saw the price thanks love it
👍🏽
Nice one but a little dated and backyard not much privacy IMHO., Love your work bro...
Thanks man! Appreciate the honest feedback!
