It’s like a 1- bedroom apt with no stove. Great size bathroom, bedroom and closet. Like the stairs set back. 1/2 bath. Storage under the stairs. Garage. Thought the laundry would’ve been in that area. Big open concept. That island is everything. Big dining area and living. Ok. The laundry is upstairs with all the bedrooms. Covered enclosed lanai. Looks like enough space to add a pool. Like the spindles. Good size loft. Big bedroom. Agreed, big enough to have an en-suite. Yess. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms generously sized. Big laundry with closet 🙌🏼. Massive primary by the laundry 🧺 room. Beautiful cozy en-suite. Exactly. Ditch the tub and put a super shower with seats. Big linen and clothing closet. If I was stair able this would be nice. I’m a 1-story gal. A 1-story with in-law suite would be great. Great tour and great having you back. Congrats on the booming successful business 🤗
