I'm not one to comment on videos, but I wanted to use this as an opportunity to thank you and the NML team. I started working out with you December of 2023. My second kid was 16 months old, and I was feeling ready to take care of myself. What started as a goal to lose weight became a goal to push myself harder and to feel stronger. I started with 8-lb weights, and I just used my new 25-lb weights for the first time tonight!! So proud of myself and so grateful to you all!
At 18wks pregnant with baby #6 I'm grateful for the option for mods- I pick and choose what I need to modify... however, my hockey player son (who is an incredible athlete) has started using your workouts too! He loves the unilateral work- says its really helped him to build up his "weaker" side and give him more control on the ice when making quick turns and changing directions.
This workout was exactly what I needed today! I love the preview at the beginning, it allowed me to get all my equipment organized in advance and figure out alternatives where needed. I'm excited to do this again! Thanks for all you and your teams hard work so we can work hard! ❤ .

Sandbags in a cooler?!! Come on. I appreciate your trying variety - but please stay away from the box.
