I loved the first set with the shoulder raises! I don't love them, which means I don't do them enough, and would love to see them built into more workouts!

I think this just became my favorite arm workout! Love the variations and new moves, also love the one dumbbell. I went up in weight using the one dumbbell and could feel the fire! 😅
According to the plan today was the day for full body pyramid but I was so sore after Wednesday leg workout so I had to switch and I’m glad that I did! Loved that workout and that arms fatigue! Thank you ☺️

Just started this 5-day split plan yesterday, and I have to say between yesterday and today's workout I'm feeling really good. Love the combination of compound moves( not sure if that's the correct word), It's so doable for me, I usually run 3- 5 miles 3-4 times a week, and decided to incorporate some strength training and found your channel & of course, subscribed...Thank you!!! you and Rachel are awesome, see ya tomorrow have a great day👍💯

Day 2 of burpees! Are there burpees every day this week?!?! 🥴🔥 I love the tip for the rows that if you feel it in your bicep to loosen your grip. Totally helped and I finally felt it in my back. Thank you!!

Coming back to the NML videos after some time away and was interested to see/hear that there’s no music on these videos! I usually work out when my kids are asleep (with headphones in) and prefer the tunes to help keep me motivated! Curious why the change? Is there another way to follow along that allows me to listen to my own music and the TH-cam videos at the same time?

That was tough. Great format. Not a fan of the second circuit with the renegade row to biceps it just wasn't a natural flow. ❤ I used 12, 20 and 25lb.
