I just can't even get past how likeable this guy is. After a long days work, I get home and watch this guy cook and it just amazes me how entertaining it is, each and every time. Keep up the good work, brother!
Made this last week at a soccer tailgate, did all the prep work at home, then when it came time for the grilling, I did that at the stadium. It was pretty simple to transport and the bacon actually stayed soft until it hit the grill. I've made probably 65% of your recipes and this one ranks up there in my top 5 for sure! For this tailgate I made up about 50 shrimp and EVERYONE came up and thanked me, saying it was the best shrimp dish they have had. With the football season coming up, hopefully you come out with more tailgate/party dishes. BTW, nice to see you are adding some cocktails now. Definitely going to try out that Mississippi Haymaker!
Of all the Grillmen I regularly reference on here, your recipes are consistently the best. I've tried dozens of variations of every recipe and these are the ones that consistently yield the best results for me. Thanks for all the great tips.
Malcolm is the best for learning to BBQ right! I just bought a Traeger "Texas" and accidentally found Malcolm's TH-cam site while looking for ideas -Wow!! just amazing! Thanks!
I just did this cook on my Grilla Silverbac. Used 2 lbs of Argentina Red shrimp. I don’t have the vocabulary to express just how good they were, AWSOME!
Malcom, you are amazing at doing this type of videos. Recipes are simple to follow, and your method of explaining the process is excellent. Please keep making them. Huge thumbs up!!! I would love to try your all purpose season and BBQ rub, they look great.
I’ve tried many of your recipes and buy your products regularly. I have to say, this was my favorite so far. Thanks for posting the great recipes and helping others to learn from your experience
Dude you Rock. I had to log back on just to thank you for the recipe. I made these for my family and they came out better then any other seafood I have ever put on the grill. The only thing I changed was I added half a table spoon more of sriracha sauce. Keep up the great recipes this is the second one of your recipes that I try and so far batting a thousand... Thanks again and many blessings.
This is great, I don't have crab meat but I do have leftover spinach/artichoke dip so I will use that! I was wondering if I should par cook the bacon and this answered it for me! Thanks so much!
Malcom, your neighbor is lucky to have you grilling next door all the time. If I were your neighbor, I'd be inviting myself over all the time. On a serious note: keep up these videos- they're all amazing!
Great tip for pre-cooking the bacon! I tried making bacon-wrapped shrimp before, it just wouldn't stay wrapped, had to use skewers! This is a great solution, thank you!
I'm addicted to the channel, so much so that I am buying a new grill to try all these recipes. Malcom, love the videos!!! Can you do a show on "Burgos" or "Burgooo" whatever you call it, thanks
I love this channel, great recipes and simple to follow..he knows how to get down. But what i want to see is you can make a video on making a cabrito (goat) but with your twist on it. I saw your video on pork carnitas and you nailed it brotha.
Malcom those look good bacon makes everything better. I usually marinade my shrimp in lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, parsley, salt & pepper overnight. I cook them on a skewer to make tacos. I've used this same marinade for a skirt steak for tacos too. Thanks for the video Malcom your shrimp looked amazing.👍
Doing a modified version of this for the game tomorrow using pieces of fire roasted jalapeños and pepper jack cheese and a BBQ sauce glaze with Malcolms hot rub looks great Malcom!
Great looking video! Looks like your improving the overall look of your videos. Looks even more professional than before and your presentation seems nice and fluent. Great job and good looking food!
Why are you not on the Food Network? Im pretty sure you need a spot in Pit Masters too. It's funny that no matter what Im doing, I must stop to watch your creativity come to life. Thank you for sharing your ideas. BTW, out of all of your grilling, have you ever used an Oklahoma Joes smoker? If so, any pros/cons? Thanks for being a bright spot here in north MS.

2 big improvements that helped us. Precooking the bacon and using those small grill racks so you don't have to turn on the grill. Brilliant!
