Bacon Wrapped Smoked Shrimp On A Pit Boss Pellet Grill | Baller BBQ

  • What's better than smoked shrimp? That's right, bacon wrapped smoked shrimp!
    This we I'm making bacon wrapped smoked shrimp on my Pit Boss Pellet Grill and topping it with The Razzled Meerkat hot sauce from Krakin Chillies. If you're in New Zealand and want to get hold of this sauce head over to www.chillies.co.nz or if your overseas and can't get any just use you're favourite hot sauce.
    This shrimp recipe is super easy and is ready in about 30 mins on the grill and a really good appetizer, main or party food to share.

    The little crispy bits are what I live for! When you pulled these babies out I was like YES!!! A little sweet, a little heat, and all perfect.

    Beautiful! If you don't want your bacon as crispy you may want to cook then around 250°f - 275°f.

    Awesome Bacon Wrapped Smoked Shrimp. Fantastic cooking Sam, those shrimp are MASSIVE and that hot sauce looks like the perfect pairing!
