Jennings Gardner actually my dad does this. Zillow alone had him at 40 property’s for 2018 (that’s only if people went in to rate him and stuff, he had around 80-90 houses he sold he said) current listings he recently added only from 2019 (not including 2018 listings that carried over into the new year) he added 14 houses already. You call these guys Top Producers, they are the best of the best in the business

Jennings Gardner no he is a realtor, a standard agent. He was thinking of being a broker but he doesn’t want to. He has a standard real estate license. He works for Realty One in Arizona. He is literally a one man army when it comes to buying or selling, and he mainly does residential (he has done a few commercial, like only 1 or 2 a year) I’m getting into real estate this year as well and my goal for August of 2020 (so 19 months) is to have at least 25 transactions. Oh also my dad has only been in the business for 5 years

I was advised by a mentor about 6 months ago that if I want a hour "pick your brain" interview with someone whose success I am modeling, I should offer at least 500.00 for that hour or so of time. One of the best pieces of advice ever! Offering someone who is far above your pay grade coffee or a car wash for an hour or 2 of their very valuable time will likely get you repeated NO's. However when you approach someone, and offer them 500 bucks with you both knowing that it is a super stretch for you to come up with that money to pay them, it sets a different precedent and 95% of the time, your money is refused. At least my stats are at 95% reusal and those that did take the money I was happy to give it!
I've found that super successful people are always open to mentor. As long as your willing to do anything for them to be of service. I had one older man who's a big time real estate player . I offered to be his go for for two weeks. Had such a great time. I helped him reorganize his office and forward his email. He was thrilled and I made so great business contacts. Coming from a humble place and being willing to be of service gets doors opened to you in terms of mentorship. Money never hurts too.

I have been a Real Estate Broker in Brazil since 2006 and I have also worked in the African market, I am also an appraiser, a tip, a small contribution for those who are just starting out, you have to identify 2 things in the client if you want to sell: 1 - if he really showed interest in the property; 2 - if he has the potential to pay, here it is like that, in africa too, there are many curious people who are looking at a property for someone else, or still do not have the financial resources in many cases just curious, good if you are going to detail everything, I liked it a lot from the channel, congratulations!

I believe that a great Real Estate Agent needs to show their costumers a happy and positive attitude and the willingness to help and answer all the costumers have. My family and I wanted to rent a house so we called an Agent and it was so bad! he was late and rude. like the dishwasher was off and i asked him if it was working and he said: yes it does, don't you see? and i was like: well is off so i dont know if it works. after that i was afraid to ask him anything else about the house. We told him that we had a dog and after we saw the whole house and wasted our time the owner didn't want dogs in the house. so we were not happy with that. Another thing was that The owner came at the end of the showing and he was as rude as can be as well. He said this is my house and don't want any dogs. so I was like; ok sorry for the bother. we liked the house but didn't rent it for many reasons.
I did 90 my first 3 years all alone in little ol' Florida. Remember, a 'transaction' or 'unit' sometimes isn't a sale. It can be a: referral unit (you referred someone to an agent out of your area or state), renter unit (you helped a renter and got paid), a single sold sale or sold listing (one unit) but if you get both sides (you got both the buyer and seller in a transaction), that counts as two transactions, or units. So 122 'transactions' is not too good for two people combined.
A couple of ways, study the daily hot sheet, go on caravan and ask top agents to share their opinions around the hit sheets everyday. You’ll begin to see the patterns and understand how the best view the market/data.

I have a secured/stable 9-5 remote work in a growing financial company. Since my return to work from maternity leave, I just can’t bring myself back to working hard to please my boss, so that I get a nice bonus. I realized that I have more potential. Currently, I am doing the course and learning as much as I can about this industry. I will keep my corporate job, until I am a bit settled in this industry after getting the licence. Few friends/family are asking why quit and go for a job that has such a rocky start? It’s hard to explain to them. I am fully aware that this industry can be challenging, but it’s not impossible. If you're doing outreach, verifying whether the contact info you have is still reachable or not should be part of your game plan, and one of the ways to that is by utilizing email or phone number validator tools. Realtors can highly benefit from search tools, and it's just a matter of time for others to understand how it works and how it can help to leverage marketing. Hey Graham, I have another question. How hard is it to learn the real estate market when investing? Because i have to apply for an apprenticeship for a job in a few months and im in a bit of a dilemma. Should I devote all my time to becoming a real estate agent and building my real estate portfolio? Or should I get a job with a stable mid-high income (less hours) and trade stocks and run an ecommerce business etc, on the side for extra cash, while trying to learn about the real estate market as i go along, i know its a big decision, but any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks.

This video has gotten me even more excited. Tonight alone I have watched so many pros and cons video on being a realtor and filled my notebook with notes and ideas. Wow! Very eye opening. I have been on the fence about real estate, but as I watch these videos, I believe I can do this. It is scary as I am somewhat introverted, but I assume others in this industry may also be. Anyone out there wishing to comment on that would be helpful for me. I've done years of ice cold sales calls on the phone, so hopefully those skills will translate into real estate. And I experience more rejection in a week than many sales people do in a month.... I want to learn how to instill good habits that will lay a foundation of success. I don't want to be the "desperate realtor", I want to run my business with integrity and professional excellence.

I believe that a great Real Estate Agent needs to show their costumers a happy and positive attitude and the willingness to help and answer all the costumers have. My family and I wanted to rent a house so we called an Agent and it was so bad! he was late and rude. like the dishwasher was off and i asked him if it was working and he said: yes it does, don't you see? and i was like: well is off so i dont know if it works. after that i was afraid to ask him anything else about the house. We told him that we had a dog and after we saw the whole house and wasted our time the owner didn't want dogs in the house. so we were not happy with that. Another thing was that The owner came at the end of the showing and he was as rude as can be as well. He said this is my house and don't want any dogs. so I was like; ok sorry for the bother. we liked the house but didn't rent it for many reasons.

I did 90 my first 3 years all alone in little ol' Florida. Remember, a 'transaction' or 'unit' sometimes isn't a sale. It can be a: referral unit (you referred someone to an agent out of your area or state), renter unit (you helped a renter and got paid), a single sold sale or sold listing (one unit) but if you get both sides (you got both the buyer and seller in a transaction), that counts as two transactions, or units. So 122 'transactions' is not too good for two people combined.

A couple of ways, study the daily hot sheet, go on caravan and ask top agents to share their opinions around the hit sheets everyday. You’ll begin to see the patterns and understand how the best view the market/data.

I really enjoyed this video. VERY helpful thank you. I cant help but watch the guy on the left's body language and how he keeps his hand on the table as a form of power and domination. He constantly (unknowingly) wants the Agent in the middle to know that he is the Dominant Agent and is Very eager to speak first. He did it a few times. Her body language is cool and confidant and also lets the both of them know that she is not competing with them. A team player yet leader. Just and observation,

Great video clip, I’m in SoCal. Moving from NY 6 years ago in medical field… started real estate 🏡 3 years ago. I started with no money as well, so I like what she said!! Starting my life over was an up and down journey. I’m happy to here all this positive things!!!! An my advice never give up!
I have a secured/stable 9-5 remote work in a growing financial company. Since my return to work from maternity leave, I just can’t bring myself back to working hard to please my boss, so that I get a nice bonus. I realized that I have more potential. Currently, I am doing the course and learning as much as I can about this industry. I will keep my corporate job, until I am a bit settled in this industry after getting the licence. Few friends/family are asking why quit and go for a job that has such a rocky start? It’s hard to explain to them. I am fully aware that this industry can be challenging, but it’s not impossible. Thanks for the advice Concetta. I don’t plan on giving up!

An insider tip: if you want to generate a new list of addresses in one area, or uncover more details of your existing leads, premium search tools such as USPS Address Lookup, Reverse Address Lookup (new leads) and Data appending (nurture data of existing ones). If you're doing outreach, verifying whether the contact info you have is still reachable or not should be part of your game plan, and one of the ways to that is by utilizing email or phone number validator tools.

Hey Graham, I have another question. How hard is it to learn the real estate market when investing? Because i have to apply for an apprenticeship for a job in a few months and im in a bit of a dilemma. Should I devote all my time to becoming a real estate agent and building my real estate portfolio? Or should I get a job with a stable mid-high income (less hours) and trade stocks and run an ecommerce business etc, on the side for extra cash, while trying to learn about the real estate market as i go along, i know its a big decision, but any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks.
