New to real estate here, and really enjoyed the video. As far as phone calls go, I am the opposite; I strongly dislike them. I personally view it as a way to communicate with close friends and family, and a way for sales people to bother me. So when I think of calling others I think of how I’m annoying them. I like what you said about learning what works best for other people, and I’m going to look into that.

In the end of the day no matter how much experience you have it all comes down to ACTIVITY. Your efficiency could be 0,00001% and still with enough activity you’ll increase it. And there is of course there no limit to how much.
