Tom I've been watching your videos for years. 6 year agent and just these past 3 years I had my father have heart attack Aunt past away and my dad just got new kidney almost didn't make it so it definitely pulled my attention away from Real Estate and I've been in a bad place and can't seem to get back to the success I was having. My first yearvI sold 15 homes second I was the #6 realtor in my company and had at least 4 showings daily. Fast forward to today. I feel like I'm learning all over again and just need some coaching to fire me back up

I love everything about this video except for when they're talking about schools. There is no way I would touch talking to anyone from a specific school when I'm posting about real estate. Especially if you/your content starts to take off. All it will take is 1 person to report you and if you said 1 thing that could be construed as steering you'd be screwed. Otherwise, this is a *very* helpful video. I have let my social media presence lapse a bit and I'm not going down a rabbit hole trying to find new ways to get my presence back. AI is already been SUPER helpful

Try out the different platforms and just start with 1 ... I would do facebook and instagram as they are connected
