Thank you for posting this video! I have been wanting to make the switch myself, but unsure whether or not I can just reuse the same steering bolt vs having to purchase a new one. I was thinking that using the same bolt should be fine with some loctite, and I’m glad to see you’ve done the same. Really appreciate the thorough install guide!
Nicely done ! I just received my paddles for my 992. Do you know if the installation is the same for my car ? It looks the same, so even though the paddles are a little different, it appears that the install will be the same.
It looks like the bottom right lever on the steering column is impeded by the longer shifter on the right. Is that a problem? Looks very close on camera.
@@blendlinegarage42 Many thanks! Will give these a go as they do look really good. I’m swapping my Manual for a PDK in Nov and think the stock paddles do deserve an upgrade. These are also nicer than the ‘stick on’ Raceseng ones.
@@blendlinegarage42 I doubt your neighbor is trying to hear your narration on how to install new flappy paddles to the GT4. There are moments where your musical loop choice completely drowns out your voice making it difficult following your steps. Which I assume is the mission and purpose of the your video. Nice upgrade and install btw. Thanks.

We couldn’t hear most of what you are saying as the annoying music on the background is covering up most of your speech. Not sure why the music is playing.

not at all! never had an issue using the stalks with the larger shifters
