Ya it looks like the footer never really got back filled, the roof supports come way down to the footer which make back filling it a bit annoying perhaps.
@@MountainVoiceInc would have to see a walk around of the building to make a decent assumption but most commonly that’s either bad drainage or bad backfilling on the downside of a slight hill .

Yer footer seems to be a bit below water containment standards as they may be . Yer slab is still solid but the footer drops check your grade .
