I'm just waiting for the other pair, but must admit my badlands Mx 2.8s r so so much better quality big time!! So they should for 37 pound a pair some peaple may say " what " but if Ur into rc ing like me u will? And get on boyz keep up the good work, u will b loaded one day 💯 percent! truck looks great with the new tires i would get a new hex nut if i were you but looks good
Just ordered some of these for my Granite. Stock types are good but do rip easy. If you want a tougher body in the future, the proline brute body for the stampede fits the Granite nicely. Only issue is the body clips don’t fit. I adapted mine to screws and thumb nuts. 🤘
Yeah, the stock ones aren't too strong in a lot of situations. If we do get a new body for the Granite, we're considering a Pro-Line Raptor body with a crimson paint job. I think it's gonna look sick! 😉🤘
Can you pls give a link on what to buy and how to put the hex i got the stock 14mm
On my arrma senton v2 I have had the hex grub screws missing because they just fell of or something but I haven't gotten more. The car runs fine without them

where can I get that nut wrench? And are both of those hex pieces included (the one that makes the wheels go farther out so they don't rub on the body)?
First. I picked the senton over the granite at first I regretted it but now I’m kind of happy I got the senton for not tall grass dirt and pavement. No matter what any one would be greatt

I put 2.8 on my armor sentin and I overheat really bad I'm running a 19 tooth pinion and 57 to spur gear and it's overheating so I had to take the BLX gears and everything back out and put the Mega gears back in which is a 90 tip spur and now I'm running A162 pin and it seems to do pretty decent but any suggestions cause I like speed

I already have some 12mm hexes from another car (they don’t have the lateral small hex screw, is it fine?) thanks again for the video, I’m subscribed now :)

What made you go with the the granite over the slash? I have been thinking about getting the granite what battery and charger set up up do you have and do you have links for them by chance?
Ok so first of all traxcas is always more expensive. Second of all go with zeee 80c 3s lipo

I purchased these wheel and they are great. Buy I find they rub alot on the body and chassis. Gonna get myself some Typhon A arms and extend the hubs.

How did you know the mesh on the motor wasn t right after you hit that curb? I couldn t hear it...
It was clicking and making ripping noises. It freaked us out a lot! 😂
you could also change the hex in the proline wheel i believe, if its the type of wheel with removable hexes

What’s your overall opinion on the granite? I might be getting one for Christmas.
Out of our many cars we own, it is my absolute favorite out of all of them (besides the JLB Cheetah.) It's super durable, mind-blowingly fast, and is the most fun we've ever had in RC. You have to get one, they are a ton of fun! 😉✌️
I decided to purchase three for Christmas after lots of research and was very disappointed. Definitely not as durable as everyone says! Axles come apart very quickly and can't find any durable ones. Plastic arms and shocks brake very easily also
Where did you buy that steel tire wrench?
From Amazon for around $15. Just look up "Rc cross wrench," or something like that, and you'll find a bunch on there. Thanks for watching 😉👍
Mine exploded on the 5th day and drove on it and it shot peices of the tire every where

Those screws are just added for extra grip more protection basically no worries you don't need to use em
They actually hold in the piece that allows the wheel to attach to the hex, so we had to screw them on 👍
Which is more durable, jlb cheetah or this one?

Wheels are the middle part, tires are the rubber part.
I am going to do the same mod but I am going to change from 14 mm to 17 mm adapters then buy the Badlands
That's a good idea too, just make sure you buy the 17mm Proline Badlands, not the 12mm we got, they look the exact same besides hex size 😉👍

I think you can buy 14mm adapters for the tires.
You can, but I chose to go for the 12mm hexes because they were cheaper. 👍

Did that to mine! Makes overall track width 20mm wider front and back! So much more stable going into turns
Proline has a 14mm hex adapter for these wheels. It's $8.99
I just put a Willie bar just a couple minutes ago now my tires blew up lol

@@scottfielding9622 No mods yet! You must have been watching vids on the brushed version of this truck, the Granite 4x4 Mega. The model we own, the Granite BLX V3, goes 50+ mph! 👊👍

I’m not saying that this is a bad idea but why not spend $20 on 4 rims and $25 for the tires (taxxas talon tires) just my idea cause it is cheaper to me but no offense to your video they are really good tires and I enjoy your videos and I enjoy the granite blx 😊
