MASTER MASTER LOVE YOUR VIDEOS ,BEAUTIFUL COVERING WORK ,LOVE IT . THANKS FOR SHARING. AND I'M NOT JOKING SAYING MASTER, 40 YEARS DOING THIS , THE TITLE MASTER IS APPROPRIATE.
Thanks for your videos on the dynaflite super decathlon. I thought you might like a story about how mine came to be. Some years ago, my friend bought this kit and started to build it. He found himself out of work and had to move to another town. He had the kit stored in a storage unit and couldn't make the payments and sometime later a friend found it at the landfill and brought it to me. I have moved since then and I finished it using your videos and a PDF of instructions. Thanks for you videos they were very helpful.
Condolences Michael to you and your family through your mourning process.....Keep doing all the great R/C stuff that I'm pretty sure your mom was very proud of you for.
You are a master builder and a super pilot, and you are also a super helicopter pilot. I hope your Chanel grows. So you get sponsored. And you are also a amazing teacher. So keep up the amazing work. Martin from Norway.
Really awesome kind words my friend. I truly appreciate it and I am humbled. This hobby has been my childhood passion and has been my outlet during my youth to channel my energy instead of causing trouble.
I'm very new to the sport and don't work in a scale anywhere close to this but I really find your process helpful in working out my own...great videos.
Welcome back, and I hope everything is going well with you and your family. After all you gone through. And thanks for a super video as usual i learn a lot from you. Martin from Norway.
I appreciate that! And yes it feels great getting back to the fun part of life and my love of building and sharing for all those who appreciate just a down to earth build.
Brother! Mentioning "No Heat" trim solvent was perfectly on time. I am at the end of my last bottle of Monokote brand trim solvent, and was looking for a replacement!

Truly Outstanding! Been waiting for this episode. The starburst are Killer! Still been looking for this kit, could not find it, but found a 1/4 Bud Nosen for a good price. Looking forward to wing covering!
Looking beautiful! Glad you are doing this model because I am currently building a Pilot Bellanca Decathlon kit and was wondering how to do the detailing and stars. Thanks for showing your method.
Just found your channel, insta subbed! I am waiting for my laser and cant wait to bring my digital designs to life. P.S. dude you are literally huge lol
The reason why I prefer glassing a warbird is mainly to add the details normally you can't do on a monokoted model. Yes I can add details to a monokoted model by means of airbrush painting on panel lines and rivets but it does not give that 3 dimensional look and feel. I prefer doing all the extra work to make a warbird look the part! Now that's just me and monokoting a warbird is just fine and all if that is the route one would rather take. Not many people like to mess with fiberglass or resins and I totally understand that. It all comes down to the enjoyment, intentions and main goal of the model.
Also if you are planning flying this bird keep up your speed on final turn to landing,, but one of the main things is to check your flap mount I had lots of flights on mine was coming in to land it was straight to final an all of a sudden complete hard roll what the heck got to the plane looking it over flap mount pulled out of the flap surface ,,, glue it better, urh
This model does not have flaps just dual Ailerons. This is an exceptional flying model with no bad tendencies during flight. I have well over 3 dozens of awesome flights on her half of those flights was powered by a DLE30 and the other half powered with a DLE55RA. Both engines powering this model with ease. I have a few flight videos here on the channel with both engines.
Sorry to hear. Well orange is not alot of people's favorite color especially on certain things. I get it! I do appreciate that you watched the video and commented.

Hey Bayona ! Have you ever covered a top flite warbird with Monokote? Do you prefer warbirds glassed?

@@BayonasRCWorld ok tks!
What did you use for the fuel proofing for the firewall?
After I painted the firewall I used 30 min epoxy thinned down with alcohol. Sometimes I also use Polyurethane over the painted surface as well.
