1:16 is pure talent the coordination with the snare players with the quads and bass backing it up sounds amazing
and tuning
This gives a whole new meaning to look at the flick of the wrist. This drumline is on point
Center brother on tenors was a BEAST that year....blue coats ALWAYS underrated...
Was drumline all through high school playing quads my junior and senior years. This was long ago 2001 through 2004 loved marching the halls doing cadence’s
I'm in drumline and I feel like I Know nothing compared to these guys
Dont let it stop you... Set your own goals... Recprd your playing once a months, and start comparing yourself to how you played 6 months ago... This is how i stoppes hating My level, and gained motivation and abilities.
Fax brol✊
I’m sax... bet
Honestly you probably doubt yourself too much all it is, is basically rudiments play at a faster tempo only thing I could suggest is working on technique
@@maruchanil3036 Yeah i guess your right, but not only that they also have years of practice lol.
I love this, so on point and clean.😍❤❤❤
Killed it .thanks to everyone for a great performance
Those tenors came in together without a single dot going in or out of the line. And it was clean!
This is incredible... what amazing talent!
So cool!
My friend was in marching band when we were in high school and I always loved watching!!!
It always got the crowd pumped!!
Yeah this isn’t high school bud.
puttin a smile on my face
The cleanest thing I have ever heard
Doubt
Parker Jones what?? Find me an attack that wasn’t spot on in this video
@@parkertjones222 17.50 the
@@TylerDunphy 1:49 wasn’t the cleanest
the tenor line.... so clean
Nick Lawver That’s a monster tenor line. Rue Nani, Onye, Colin Whitecomb (who was on BD 2014), and I don’t know who the other guy is but he’s insane too.
I guess hitting rims and you move across the drums doesn't count as not being clean.
John Smith what do you play
John Smith because yes the others are clean but the tenors are probably the hardest instrument in percussion to not mess up on
Darien Turner I play on tenors it’s pretty easy
What those snares starting doing @1:19 is soooo smooth to me lol. Amazing!
Tip. If you think it's too hard just slow it down then listen, don't look and the cross overs, when you do them never switch the pattern of your hands(as in keep playing the way you were alternating) if you try to switch which hand you use by which side it's on you'll screw up.
I'm from Baltimore and marching bands is what we do but this right here was 🔥 some of the best drumming I seen
paradise can be felt on earth by listening you. great boys
This is unreal! Sounds great :)

OMG I MISS MY TOM.. THIS IS HELLA AMAZING!!
So much talent and fantastic coordination i like it 👍
Very talented young guys . God bless you all.
This is top level stuff. My single biggest mistake in a mistake-filled life was not being in drumline.
WOW IT'S AWESOME ... I've never seen something so perfect and so co-ordinated ... It deserves a little hand up ... ALL BECAUSE IT'S INCREDIBLE
Hi,
This is a nice combination of beats and nice game of timing.
Good one
Super amazing playing
Super timing
Also, two things i realized watching this video:
1. This video has > 6 million views
2. Playing like that in front of Jersey Surfs busses is a weird flex but ok
talent is everything🤗
Amazing combination
thanks
Wow so great all of you
This helped me learn a lot more how to do a drum line solo in in 6th grade band and I rlly need to see vids like this and I don't want help from anyone I need the help so I can be ready to beat the drums like I was doing it since I was in my moms belly!!!!
really cool stuff
luv it
amazing good job guys....
Intérpretes de calidad. Da gusto escuchar buena música gracias a esta selrccion
Wow amazing❤️😌
Definitely one of the cleanest drumlines I’ve heard
@DECLAN DOUGAN that doesn’t really matter lol. you know that music composition goes into score as well. a line could super clean but still get a low score. ex: cadets for the past 6 years lol, piss clean but low score
@@ericm9407 I think you just don’t know how to listen for dirt if I’m gonna be honest
@@WilliamBottka this was not a response to the OP, it was to someone who left a comment saying degrading bluecoats because they got 4th in drums. But if you feel otherwise that this line isn’t one of the cleanest, than i beg to differ
@@ericm9407 No I was speaking on the cadets and their lower placement as they haven’t been the cleanest up until 2019 where they took 5th
@@WilliamBottka just look at the cadets 2013-16 era man. Those guys are monsters but of course the percussion score takes in composition score and they usually have poor composition for front ensemble. I would say 17-18 was way better than 19. 19 was just…too much and too much doesn’t always equate to good.
Best visuals hands down
my favorite blooQ line ever
THOSE BASS SPLITS THO LIKE DAMN
Amazing 😉
Beautiful
I love toms, snares and bass. I guess everything.
Best music experience

Rinku kalamba
Dang that is awesome!
Very amazing😃😃
Fellas. Y’all the first drum line I seen since Peach County that’s had y’alls shit together. Congratulations.
Just realized they used a part in this for their 2016 opener
Amazing
I miss the 2011-2013 era of Bluecoats so much.
2008 was crazy too
@@BYOScrosson FACTS
@@ericm9407 for me 2017 is when the bluecoats started falling off
@@legolas_ I agree. I can’t get into anything past 2017. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still a good line and drum well but I think the show designs haven’t been intriguing for me.
I'd say the era was 2010-2014. 2009 had many holdovers from the McIntosh years and the 2009 rookouts gave off a McIntosh era vibe even though they didn't march with Bluecoats in that era. 2015 was a transitionary year, with some members like Devon Koning being emblematic of the early 2010s vibe and some members like Kyle Tsuchiya being emblematic of the late 2010s vibe. The core members of the era were mostly born from 1989-1995.

Good morning all of my friends.
So emazing...🖒🖒🖒🖒
Waoo outstanding
Had these guys warm-up at my school, unfortunately wasn't able to see the full performance. I would kill to be as good as them
if you kill some one you won't be good because you will be in prison.
+Noobkiller Pro heh heh.
Bluecoats have the best tenor line!🥇
