This series is a treasure chest of help for a newer quilter. I'm home alone with no ability to go to classes so this fits my needs perfectly. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the series, your cheerful and welcoming attitude, and the hopefulness it brings to me as I want to get better craftsmanship. Everyone needs a big injection of hope in these lonely pandemic days where we're alone and it's the winter.

Hi Natalie, So glad MSQC came up with this series. It's so helpful with ideas and how tos. Thank You for sharing and Please keep them coming! 💖
Loving this because finishing is not my favorite and I'm learning more each time. Thank you Natalie!
Love watching and listening to you Natalie 😊 You’re a mine of information xx🇦🇺
This has been such a great series, much like classroom learning, which is way better for me. I'm a visual learner. I do have something to ask for an upcoming episode. I hope you haven't' done this and I've missed it. I was doing the binding on a table runner and all was going well, but then I came to the pointed ends of the runner. The middle point, or the point that would hang over was ok, much like regular binding. However I had difficulty getting a nice miter on the areas that go from straight to the tapered diagonal edge that leads to that middle point I mentioned. I don't know if this is making sense, but with the upcoming patterns I saw today that have the little house patterns, I think this would be a helpful topic. Although, it may already be in tomorrow's tutorial, I just thought of that. Anyway, loving the episodes. Natalie, you're a great teacher.
Natalie I love your series! This has been very helpful with those details and finishing touches! Thank you
Thanks so much for your videos. I am learning so much from you. I have been quilting since 2010, but I can always learn better ways to do things.
Thanks Natalie.. This is Great for a Teaching Tool, no matter what level we are at..
Love The Final Stitch! Having learnt to quilt with MSQC through your online tutorials, Block magazine, and the Couch to Quilt kit, I can only say thank you to you all for introducing me to such a fun craft.
Sounds great! Awesome idea! I love how the quilt community are so giving of information and positivity. God bless. 👏🏻💕👏🏻
Love The Final Stitch. Would love to see a tutorial on piecing the backing. No matter how many quilts I make it seems I always have to relearn this step. Thanks Natalie.
You are a wonderful teacher! Thank you!
Natalie, I love your little segment! And you are rocking that short hair cut!
I really enjoy your tutorials Natalie. I like your modern twist on quilts. Perhaps a tutorial on designing a quilt or design tools to assist with designing a quilt pattern ie graph paper versus design apps, which ones are good for beginners etc
Y'all are so giving!
Love your episodes and training style. Love to see visual examples hand quilting- thimble no thimble, stabbing under finger not stabbing under finger, using a spoon or aunt Becky or something else underneath- almost want to see a lesson like, here’s one setup and how it’s done then here’s another setup and how it’s done because it seems different for everyone. I need that structure so I can say ok now I know the options I have and now I go play and practice to,see what works best for me
Love your wonderful tutorials......you really are very knowledgeable....love your show. Thank you from Innisfil Ontario Canada
Love your show. I did a binding on a quilt that was so easy after watching you. Thanks so much!
I would like an episode on needles and mostly which batting to use. I enjoy your show so much and you are doing a great job. Thanks
Natalie, I really enjoy your shows along with Jenny's show. I would like a show that includes sewing machine needles. Such as, what would you use for quilting vs making pillows out of upholstery fabrics vs zipper bags or bluejeans material, etc.
I am really loving these tutorials, I have got so much information from each one, keep up the great work.
Your a natural, really enjoying your video's!!!

Watched your show today and am so excited to try the flange binding technique.
👍🥳 I have enjoyed n learned . Keep up the a great job ur doing 👍👏🏼
I love this show!
Love your tips and tricks Nathalie. Yours and you moms compliment each other so well. I have a question for you: can you give tips to avoid crinckles in the back fabric while quilting. How much pinns i use i still have a spot with a big crease. See you soon xxx Petra 🙋🏼♀️
I love this series and look forward to them. I've learned a lot. My question is how to decide on the beautiful boarders on a panel? Thanks!
Thank you for this Natalie I have a few quilt tops that need the finesse you are showing
Love this channel! Very informative and so helpful.
I love it. Wish it was every week. Can you show us how to sandwich the quilt before we machine or hand quilt it at home?
Check Natalie's back episodes, I believe she had a tutorial on sandwiching and quilting.
Look forward to it.
Hello Natalie are you going to put all your tutorials from The Final Stitch on the MSQC app? It would be awesome to be able to look back on them as well as all the other tutorials when I have a question and I can’t remember what you said about it! Thank you very much I really enjoy watching and learning from you!
I love The Final Stitch!! 💗
This is amazing! I have 4 quilt tops and I feel frozen. I brought my last quilt to a Long armer but it was $325! I couldn’t possibly pay that much for for quilting for every quilt I make. I need to figure out how to get this part down. I see people do tutorials with a 20” piece. It isn’t going to help me! Thanks Natalie really looking forward to what you will do!
I’m really excited about this!!!
Can’t wait!
I love this idea... perfhaps a place for us to share any tips we have as well... anything more "fabric" related is good for me... ESPECIALLY things to use up the scraps!!! LOL
Hi Natalie, I enjoyed your video on backing. I would like to see another video using a smaller piece of fabric and go into detail how to fold and cut the backing to make it wider. Thank you so much. I really enjoy the show.
This series is so wonderful. There's tons of information on how to complete a quilt top and bind it, but the rest is usually left out.
Natalie thank you for doing this show. I'd like to see a show on how to make a pattern bigger (how to figure how much more fabric is needed especially for the backing and binding. I never guess correctly. I end up with too much or too little) also a show on how to determine what size the squares need to be in oder to make a half square triangle a certain size. . .for example if I want a finished half square triangle of 4" what size to I start with?
I would love to see how to square a huge quilt top please!!! Love your videos!
Thanks Nat
Oklahoma here. Great job Natalie! You going to do more of these types of videos?
I would also like some design tips. Particularly on using material from our stash and choosing a pattern.
Love the final stitch as you give great tips Natalie.
I'm wondering how to join pieces of quilt batting.
Just what I needed to know since I'm make a quilt for 2 future granddaughter-in-laws
Hi Natalie, i love how you all are such great teachers. I would really like help with everything to do with batting. Is there a top and bottom (or front and back), what is Scrim all about? All that "good to know" stuff!! thanks a bunch!!
Love all of your shows. I have learned so much already! I have a question about what colors of thread to use when making a quilt top. My latest is a horse panel that is very dark. My first border was a print with brown and tan, so I used a brown thread. My next border was a blue green or teal, sounds strange but looks awesome. So should I be changing my thread colors, or just stick with a cream or something else? Thank you!!
Thank you for this series. I have learned so much already! My question is how do you fix a bad quilting job (long arm)? Can it be ripped out (huge job) and started all over or will that hurt the integrity of the quilt? If it can be done would it be better to hand quilt or put back on the long arm? Will all the previous stitch marks go away when the quilt is washed? Has your shop ever tried to re-do someone else's not-so-handy work? If so, how well did it go? This was my very first quilt and would like to save it even if I am the only one who ends up using it.
I Love what your doing. Thank-you so much. I always like learning when it comes to quilting. I’m having a terrible time with backings right now. I can’t wrap my head around on the best way to figure out how to piece big pieces of fabric together to be longer the the quilt top. Was wondering if you can give an easy tip. Thx
It would be nice to see a tutorial on making bias binding. I need detail - Jenny did one awhile ago and I’ve watched it but I guess I need slower 😊
Could you please discuss and show how to pin correctly when using quarter inch foot that has a seam guide? I have been pinning from the left because the seam guide hits my pins otherwise. Other points on how to correctly pin would be appreciated. Love your way of teaching!!❤
I also love your videos Nat! When you did the binding with the flange did you use embroidery thread to sew the binding on the front? I can;t wait to try a binding with a flange!!!
I really like this show. I was wondering if you could do a show showing how to fix mistakes and how to square up rail fence strips units. I made some to small, so I decided to make a mug rug with them. However, I don't know how to square them to 4.5 inches and can't find any videos on what to do mistake blocks. Also, wish they show squaring blocks left handed
I would love to know the name of the fabric glue used in this video. I have used many but non I really care for. Any help would be appreciated. This video was great, I got the coffee and sat to watch the whole thing. Something I find hard to do at times. But This video was great.
I always enjoy watching your videos very much and learned so many things. But what I still cannot do is the quilting math. For example when I want to add a pieced border. What size do I need to cut my squares to fit the length of my quilt. I hope you understand what I mean. Greetings from Germany
Natalie, love your show. Could you respond with the name of the product you use to hold down the binding before stitching? I didn't catch it. Thanks so much!
I'm learning a lot from The Final Stitch. Very helpful. Right now I'm trying to bind a hotpad that is too thick (old towels but no crinkly InsulBrite)for my machine -- the top thread just becomes a jumbled mess on the back. Is it my needle or tension? Is there an easy way to know where to set the tension dial?
Natalie, awesome! I'm glad to join the Final Stitch. I can't join on Wednesdays (my only day I work ugh) BUT maybe you can help me. I sewed a border on a quilt that had bias edges . The quilter sent it back to me because it was all wavy and she couldn't do anything with it. What can I do to prevent the wavy?
Can you do a show on using directional fabrics (prints and stripes) with half-square triangles. I don't like ending up with upside down santas and flower bunches. How does this work with the multiple HST units with the 10" squares? Am I paying too much attention to upside down santas, etc?
Karen Brown @ Just Get It Done Quilts has a very good, very detailed video on this. I can’t remember which one it is but they’re all good. It’s worth searching for.
Is Pellon Wrap-N-Zap Natural Cotton Batting or Insul-Bright better for table runners to protect you table from hot dishes, and bowl cozies that go in the microwave? This final stitch has been very helpful to me, Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
