No if you freeze the air first you can take it ourt once the tyres off and put it back in once you get the new one fitted, but store the air in the freezer or it will defrost

Yea you still have to cut the steel wires were the bead is. And unless you wana cut the rim in half this dosent work like this video makes you think. Thats why it cuts off. To cut the steal bands its a pain in the ass.
