Love these beds. I recently bought two very small cheap ones for my granddaughters to use at my new allotment . I wanted to paint them black as they were silver and it took me ages to get the paint to stick to them before I realised my husband hadn’t taken off the protective plastic coating. What should’ve been a quick job took me about two days to complete!!!! We live and learn.

I love my raised metal beds. After a couple of months somehow the snails made their way over metal dust, woodchips to make their way into mine. I thought I had beat them by putting that around the base, ha.😃💖🦘Cher

I've just built a large raised bed from scaffold planks. They look like the old Anderson Shelters though which my first plot had. I won't be entering the draw because I don't really need another raised bed but if I did and won I could make a new shelter just in case Putin decides were next ;)
I don't think we will be worried if anything dropped from the sky we would be looking at our text message from the government......🤣.

Supersoil arrived safely mate, much appreciated! been looking for old roofing sheets to make those style raised beds for ages, they sell the edging trim on ebay for kit cars ;) you'd think old roofing sheets are made of gold the price they want for them on ebay lol

@Terry King's Allotment Gardening On A Budget I don't necessarily have money to spare, haha. But sometimes I do it anyway. Just had to pay bills, uggghhh. Not being rich is inconvenient at times, to say the least, lol.
@@emdeejay7432 we have to make do sometimes and find things for free and hopefully save enough money for the things we have to buy.
@Terry King's Allotment Gardening On A Budget gardening can get expensive. I had no idea how expensive soil and fertilizer and peat moss and all that stuff can get. I mean it's the first year I'm doing this like on a larger scale so I've had to make some purchases, but a lot of this stuff is going to last multiple multiple seasons and in the future I won't have buy it all at once, it'll just be buying a bag of this or bag of that only when I need it. I'll have seeds to last multiple seasons, and once the planters are filled they won't need new soil for quite some time. So it's been a lot of initial purchases that'll last a long time.

My word, wow thats a game changer, they are so deep. Im in Ireland,so cant enter, but still enjoy watching. Terry, those blue hoops are so professional looking. Place is looking superb Mr.King. Birds a added bonus. That mulch does look so clean on the pathes. I really dont know how you keep up with it all.The Kings throne ha ha, we do have to laugh.

i bought something similar, terry. i made sure i could reach the full width as i can only travel down one side on my chair. even though it's not the same company, i reccomend them. i was able to put my beds together sitting in my chair................brian

Nice that they’ve sorted you out but it’s a bit of a wasted review if we can’t get them.
Plus the prices for them is ridiculous net alone you would have to pay import tax aswell.
They look good I’ve been after some but can’t find a company in uk that ya know do decent ones, for a fare price they’re not massive volume in terms of material but everyone wants serious money for them
