    Good workout!
    I just started back working out. OMG! Am I sore! I usually have 2 days of rest till I can get back. After a year an 4 months I'm glad to say, my muscles have good memories! I do however get frustrated on my lower body. I know it's a bigger muscles and it takes longer. But I feel good and then I look in the mirror and I get sad again. This is why I avoid mirrors. But I'm gonna stick with it. My goal is to bulk up. Wish me luck! U look great Ms. Stern! 👍🏽💪🏽

    Please help. I need a recommendation for sports bras. I am a very active 67 y/o. 38 D/DD. Have yet to find a bra (front or back closure) that fits my smaller rib cage but also has ample cup size/coverage & strap width w/ material that does not cut into my shoulders.

    Sucks gyms are to risky now. I worked out one day in my apartment complex gym out here in Florida and some guy was in it. I havn't been sick in 15 years. I never get sick well shortly after my lungs hurt bad. Since last Wednesday only symptom. Waiting on covid results now. Please workout at home until this pandemic ends. Im am so scared now and my lungs hurt so bad. Especially Florida its so bad now. Its not worth it. Do what you can at home. Don't do what I did. Please dont! I am super scared now. My partner and puppy are sick too. Please, I never get sick but something is definitely affecting my now. I know how frustrating it is but don't.

    Hi Erin I have had a bad couple of years from losing my job after breaking my wrist at work went into a depression now I’m having trouble eating well and training regularly I’ve put on 8kgs & I hate it I’m trying I don’t have the energy I think I’ve lost my mojo can I ask what you eat?
