I love how you gave credit to Charles Glass that man is the truth. When I would train my clients I didn't realize that I was doing the same techniques and the temps that you do. I do them as well my clients would be so mad at me omg. I miss training. I am training myself now before I pour back into future clients. You so motivate me D I am so glad your page comes up when I feel like I'm messing up.
I love this workout, for the overhead and going straight into the push down I do exactly the same. Overall I will be doing this chest workout combo with shoulders I love it.

I do a variation to the bench and push-ups. I do 5 fully immediately into 5 top range half down 5 middle range half up half down, to 5 low range. All way down 3rd up into 5 full again
@@erincmalley My cousin is a marine, my weighs about 50lbs heavier than Dana, and he damages a knee in a training exercise carrying another guy up a hill. Lets be real, even if dana had access to the pharacology she is on in the corps, it's not like training in an air conditioned gym. Lastly, she's built for strength, not endurance. She would shilvel up if she did PT they do. Lots and lots running.
i was into this for years but the omnadren and winstrol costs became too great, along with the clenbuteral. careful you dont rip something, gets harder to heal when we get older...nice stuff
Dana, is your workout and what you eat due to your great physique or do you use enhancements...... through your doctor. I'm 67 yrs old and I would like to look close to that again but w/o the juice.
just because she’s on something doesn’t mean it’s not “relatable “ some movements are more advanced but anyone can work towards it and still build muscle
