Great as always guys!! That factory sounds brilliant - The Behringer Brothers will need to do an on-site exclusive when it’s opened👍 So, Mr. Bangers, a Gixxer owner…?
Hi chaps. For years, I've been asking for a MIDI keyboard controller with a built-in QWERTY keyboard. Maybe with a touchpad that can double as a big mousepad and X-Y MIDI controller. Maybe make it modular so you can swap out different controllers, a bit like the roli blocks. But at Behringer prices. Pretty sure there'd be a market for something like that. Cheers lads 🤟
So it appears to be cheaper to live and to produce product in Malaysia at the moment (2024), so the first question is will the product produced be of lower build quality. And the other question is will the retail price be reduced. Well lets face it the Music Tribe are totally guilty of hiking up the cost to the customer with the Tannoy Legacy and Prestige range of speakers when they closed down production in Glasgow of shifted it to China and they hiked the cost up quite considerably funnily enough and it's never come down ever since and that's been a few years now.
I want tale echo sooo bad. But instead of that, maybe a binson so there is no tape. But still all the tape echo everything but its on metal instead of tape, meaning no wear. Was made in the 50’s. T-rex remade it but its sooo expensive! If behringer could remake omg!!! 🤷🏼♂️ just my thoughts
@@mattbrown-mb naw, i was talking about a behringer version thats much cheaper. That could give access to tape echo to the masses. I like the t-rex version, and their mini tape delay pedals too, but they are just recreating a old technology they did not create. Why cant behringer do the same? And for cheaper! And trust when i say, im very aware of all the tape echo options in the current market. There is def room for a modern copi cat, but a binson makes more sense as it has no actual tape. Considering behringer current run, seems logical to me.
I love Behringer. Nearly my entire setup is Behringer. But I've had some issues with the RD-8, RD-9, VC-340, Toro (twice) where I had to send them back for repairs, only to receive a brand new one in return. I do not trust a mechanical device from Behringer to survive for long. Mechanical parts break faster and Behringer doesn't produce for sturdiness and endurance. The less moving parts there are, the longer it will survive. I already have issues with several pod meters on devices which are only 2 years old. And I am very careful with my devices, never move them, don't smoke, keep them dust free, operate the pod meters carefully. It's just not as good as more expensive brands. I mean, it's cheap for a reason. Which I love, because I have a full studio for the price of 4 original machines. But I don't expect to be able to use most of them in 10 years or so due to wear and tear. Original tape echo devices are already fragile. Making a cheap copy is asking for problems imo.
One suggestion I have for Behringer, is a set of foot pedals to go with their Toro. Including volume and filter expressions.

Even Behringer’s improved efficiency is a two year wait😂😂😂😂. I’m here for it!!
I want an RMI harmonic synth. They could do it as a keyboard like original, but I'm mainly interested in a rack (2u if possible) or a desktop.
Cheers for the vid chaps!
Looking forward to the dub spring reverb..
I used the Publison back in the 80s. Would love Behringer to clone it :)

If Berry did the publison ideally I'd want size reduced to 1 or 2 U somehow if possible. Original takes too much room.
Hope they get the Juno chorus correct
I would definitely pick up a pedal set. Would be nice for live performances.
💪
What about the Behringer Enigma?
🤔🤨 SPICE! WHERE IS IT!?
So is the Malaysian Factory replacing the one in CHina? or supplementing it?
Supplementing it
Still waiting on the Model D Soul to appear....all very quiet 😬
I’m sure this Malaysian factory news is from 3-4 years ago.. maybe they’ve finished building it now
Neptune-80 should cost half the price of a Deepmind because its half as complicated lol

The Binson Echorec exists, it maybe a good idea to support the manufacturer 🙂

Last I heard Behringer did not want to make anything mechanical that requires moving parts like motors and pulleys and gears.
I love Behringer. Nearly my entire setup is Behringer. But I've had some issues with the RD-8, RD-9, VC-340, Toro (twice) where I had to send them back for repairs, only to receive a brand new one in return.
