I started having knee pain after my last triathlon almost 10 years ago. I've been avoiding squats and lots of movements since then. I started the program about 3 months ago and I've seen good progress! I helped a friend move on the weekend, up and down stairs all day, and only started to feel pain toward the end of the day. That is a big change for me. Normally, I'd be in agony by noon! Thanks, Ethan ❤
Common sense approach programs that eliminate/reduce your aches & pains. It has been over a month now, and already feeling more confident and less pain in my problem areas. Still a way to go, but headed in the right direction.
