You have a nice butt. Nice tips! I have bunions and tailor's bunions and my baby toes used to refuse to touch the floor during the stretching exercise you demonstrated. I'm getting better now and hope to make a purchase of some barefoot shoes.

Quad tendon tightness limits some of the motions. What can be done about that
Do the same thing. These will also help quad tightness, then once that is more mobile you will likely start to feel more hip flexor. The key is progressively overloading at YOUR pain-free level. I'd be happy to help you through my programs! www.painfreeonlinetraining.com

Is this bad for me if I have scoliosis? I have 10 degrees misaligned so its not extreme and does not need surgery, but I tend to avoid back workouts

Great content; thank you for sharing. I was curious about what shoes those are? I started wearing sandals recently to allow my toes more freedom, and I was thinking about purchasing shoes like the ones you mentioned for that same reason.
